Shea's Performing Arts Center announces Gallagher as sponsor of 2023-24 Broadway special engagements

Shea's Performing Arts Center and Broadway partner-producer Albert Nocciolino proudly announce Gallagher as the new 2023-24 Broadway special engagements sponsor.

This unique sponsorship is the first time Shea's Buffalo Theatre has benefited from having an overall sponsor for the Broadway special engagements.

The 2023-24 Broadway special engagements at Shea's Buffalo Theatre will kick off with the longest-running concert tour in the entertainment industry, “Mannheim Steamroller Christmas by Chip Davis!” on Dec. 8. This show features classic Christmas hits from Mannheim Steamroller holiday albums and multimedia effects in an intimate setting.

Following Mannheim Steamroller, the show that reminds you that sunshine is always right around the corner, “Annie” returns on Dec. 18-23. This celebration of family, optimism and the American spirit remains the ultimate cure for all the hard knocks life throws your way.

Just announced, two additional special engagements are taking the stage this spring. Celebrating its 50th anniversary, “Jesus Christ Superstar,” a mesmerizing new production of the iconic musical phenomenon, returns April 26-28. Shrek, everyone's favorite ogre, is back in the hilarious stage spectacle, “Shrek The Musical.” this Tony Award-winning musical brings all the beloved characters from the Oscar-winning DreamWorks animated film to life.

More About Shea’s Performing Arts Center

Shea’s Buffalo Theatre was initially built as a “picture palace” by Michael Shea in 1926. Today, Shea’s Performing Arts Center comprises three modern theaters in the heart of the Buffalo Theatre District, bringing the best of live performances through touring productions and local collaborations to Western New York.
