'The Chew': Delicious, easy-to-make dishes to delight palate & budget

Irresistible and simple ways to impress on a dime, baking and brunch basics, and more are what's on the menu at "The Chew." Emmy Award-winning co-hosts Mario Batali, Michael Symon, Carla Hall, Clinton Kelly and Daphne Oz welcome celebrities from music, TV, film and the culinary world the week of March 6-10 (1 p.m. EST), on The ABC Television Network.

Listings are as follows (and are subject to change):

Monday, March 6 - "Meals For A Steal" - Lea Thompson ("Switched at Birth"); spicy tuna dip, chewy chocolate coconut magic bars, pork chops with pickled peppers, kielbasa with clams and sauerkraut.

Tuesday, March 7 - "Recipe Refresh" - Famke Janssen ("Blacklist: Redemption"); chunky creamy roasted tomato soup, gluten-free gingerbread cake, romesco sauce over roasted cauliflower, coq au vin blanc.

Wednesday, March 8 - "Over-The-Top Eats" - Insanely indulgent dishes; pepperoni mozzarella melt; pineapple cooler; pizza dough-wrapped meatloaf; filled cupcakes three ways.

Thursday, March 9 - "Back To Baking Basics" - Buddy Valastro ("Bakers vs. Fakers"); strawberry cookie bars, chocolate pecan pie.

Friday, March 10 - "Easiest Brunch Ever!" - Peach applesauce; chicken and waffles with slaw; broiled grapefruit and mint; savory brunch bread pudding; orange and currant scones.
