Tristan D. Greer has been appointed 340-B pharmacy program coordinator at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.
Greer is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where she earned a bachelor's degree in microbiology. She holds a national pharmacy technician certification and is certified in laboratory chemical safety.
She most recently served as pharmacy technician operations supervisor for Baystate Health System in Springfield, Massachusetts.
In her new position, Greer will be responsible for day-to-day management, compliance review and operation of Memorial's 340-B program, a federal government program that requires drug manufacturers to provide outpatient drugs to eligible health care organizations and other covered entities at significantly reduced prices.
