Host Alton Brown welcomes back 16 of the most devilishly memorable contestants to ever enter "Cutthroat Kitchen" in the five-episode primetime tournament "Cutthroat Kitchen: Evilicious," beginning Sunday, April 19 (10 p.m. all times).

In each episode, four returning chefs compete in a battle of wits, sabotage skills and cooking chops - with only one from each heat advancing to the final showdown Sunday, May 17. The tournament grand prizewinner will receive up to $75,000 and be crowned "Cutthroat Kitchen: Evilicious" champion.

Episodes are:

"Evilicious: Canoe Jack City" premieres Sunday, April 19

Brown starts the mayhem by making the chefs prepare fish stew in a canoe and pasta carbonara in a moving mine cart, leading up to a chemistry set challenge where chefs can only use set tools to bake a pound cake.

"Evilicious: Frying Up First Class" premieres Sunday, April 26

"Evilicious: 20,000 Leagues Under the Prep Table" premieres Sunday, May 3

"Evilicious: Moo-in On Up" premieres Sunday, May 10

"Evilicious: Finale" premieres Sunday, May 17
