The following activity occurred Monday, June 30, to Sunday, July 6, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 118 response calls during this period.

Monday, June 30

•3800 block of Ransomville Road, suspicious persons. LPD assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office. All OK.

•2200 block of Mount Hope Road, check welfare/mental health. Male, 30, listed as person involved transported voluntarily to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center via Rural Metro

•2200 block of Schoolhouse Road, larceny complaint of prescription drugs. Male, 29, listed on call.

•1100 block of Escarpment Drive, suspicious vehicle. Patrol spoke with a male at a nearby address. All OK.

•Upper Mountain Road and the I-190, two-vehicle accident. Statement taken from the drivers. MV form issued and one vehicle towed. Report filed.

•4800 block of Eddy Drive West, criminal mischief (two responses). Caller reported blood found on the sidewalk and door. Male from a nearby apartment reportedly hit his head the night before.

•LPD office, hit-run accident. Female (no age) reported three separate accidents on the 4900 block of Creek Road. Report filed.

•3600 block of Ransomville Road, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a burglary.

•1000 block of Upper Mountain Road, injured bike rider. Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. on location.

•5300 block of Military Road, Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center, three-vehicle accident in a parking lot. Statements taken from drivers. Report filed.

•North Fourth and Mohawk streets, check welfare. Patrol reported an intoxicated male on location. Subject assisted to a bus stop at Ninth and Center streets.

•1700 block of Ridge Road, hit-run accident. Statement taken from the male who was working roadside and struck. Patrol reported unknown driver of a silver Crown Victoria hit the victim, knocking off a side passenger mirror, and continued eastbound. Male taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital for treatment. Report filed.

•Lewiston Town Court, follow-up. Patrol reported the arraignment of a male (no age listed) from Town of Niagara Court. Bail of $2,500/$5,000 assigned, and suspect remanded to NCSO/Niagara County Jail.

Tuesday, July 1

•LPD office, fraud complaint. Statement taken from a female, 53; male (no age) listed as suspect. Investigation to continue. Report filed.

•100 block of Washington Drive, follow-up. Patrol reported a male, elderly, was cited for an earlier hit-run on Ridge Road. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Location not specified, soliciting without a permit arrest. Male, 40, issued an appearance ticket for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•4600 block of Creek Road, neighbor problem. Female, 61, listed as complainant and female, 35, as person involved. Report filed.

•5300 block of Military Road, Mount St. Mary's, suspected intoxicated male. Subject taken to an address on the 700 block of Upper Mountain Road by patrol.

•2500 block of Upper Mountain Road, domestic, husband/wife-physical. State Police on location with patrol. Report filed.

•900 block of Center Street, open container violation. Male, 16, arrested for consuming alcohol in a parking lot. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•4800 block of Eddy Drive West, custody problem. Patrol reported call as a civil matter. Parties advised to contact their respective attorneys to resolve the issue.

•Locations on Center Street, and on South Fourth and Tuscarora streets, open container violations-arrests. Patrol reported the arrests of a female, 25, a female, 36, and a male, 30. Appearance tickets issued to all for Lewiston Town Court. Reports filed.

•300 block of South Third St., unwanted person. Patrol reported two intoxicated subjects were removed from the residence where their vehicle was parked for the Artpark concert. Vehicle secured.

•100 block of Tuscarora Street, disturbing the peace. Patrol reported area all calm and quiet.

•South Fourth and Tuscarora streets, public lewdness arrest. Male, 26, issued an appearance ticket for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

Thursday, July 3

•800 block of Center Street, larceny at a gas/convenience business. Male, 22, arrested for petit larceny. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•900 block of Seneca Street, fire response. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. on location. All OK.

•100 block of South Fourth Street, littering. Patrol reported the arrest of two males, both age 22. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Seneca Street, littering. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 24. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Addresses on the 400 block of Center Street, the 500 block of Greenfield Drive, and the 900 block of Elliott Drive, separate alarm responses. Locations secure; reports filed.

•900 block of Ridge Road, animal problem. Raccoon on roof; patrol handled.

Sunday, July 6

•Robert Moses Parkway, reckless driver. Caller reported vehicle heading southbound in northbound lane. Patrol checked area with negative results.

•Lewiston-Queenston bridge, weapons offense. Patrol reports U.S. Customs/Border Patrol agents located a .22 caliber revolver in a vehicle with New York registration. Male, 16, listed as operator detained and turned over to LPD.

•100 block of Portage Road, possible counterfeit currency report. All OK.

•Washington/Foxwood drives, fireworks complaint. Patrol reported nothing showing.
