Top 6 finalists compete for America's vote Wednesday, April 10, on FOX

Three-time Grammy-winning artist and season one winner Kelly Clarkson and Platinum-selling artist and season 10 winner Scotty McCreery to perform on next results show Thursday, April 11

Burnell Taylor was eliminated Thursday on "American Idol" after he received the fewest votes among the finalists. From New Orleans, the 19-year-old Taylor sang "You Give Love A Bad Name" by Bon Jovi on Wednesday night's "Classic Rock, No Ballads"-themed performance show.

In addition, on Thursday's results show, six-time Grammy Award-winning artist and season four winner Carrie Underwood performed her new single, "See You Again," and season nine finalist Casey James sang his song, "The Good Life."

Next week, on Wednesday, April 10 (8 p.m.), the top 6 - Lazaro Arbos, Janelle Arthur, Candice Glover, Kree Harrison, Amber Holcomb and Angie Miller - return to perform for America's votes. Each finalist will perform two songs, including "A Song I Wish I Had Written."

On the next live results show, airing Thursday, April 11 (8 p.m.), tune in to find out which of your favorite finalists will be sent home. Plus, multi-platinum-selling artist, and the very first "American Idol" ever, Kelly Clarkson, will perform her new single, "People Like Us." Season 10 winner and platinum-selling artist Scotty McCreery also will perform.
