In next week's all-new episodes of "The Chew," the co-hosts welcome back film star Gwyneth Paltrow, who talks about her new book, helps co-host Mario Batali whip up a tasty dish and schools him in a trivia game, "Roamin' Holiday." "Barefoot Contessa" Ina Garten makes her "Chew" debut, and viewers are treated to the secrets of grilling, styling food at home, recipes that double the delicious factor, all things meat, and an "Extra Value Friday" with a "Mambo Italiano" spin.

For the week of April 8-12 (subject to change; weekdays, 1 p.m. ET):

Monday, April 8 - It's "Picture Perfect Meals," with dishes as delicious to the eye as they are to the palate: co-host Clinton Kelly prepares ginger orange chicken with coconut rice; Batali wows the group with asparagus Milanese, and "The Chew's" own food stylist, Sparkles, demonstrates the best way to present the dish; co-host Daphne Oz gives the 411 on greens and makes a kale salad and a smoothie.

Tuesday, April 9 - "Two-for-One Tuesday" is double the fun. Co-hosts Kelly and Carla Hall team up to make Carla's lemon herb crusted roast beef; co-hosts Michael Symon and Oz create two mushroom dishes: Michael's smothered portobello mushrooms and Daphne's healthier alternative, grilled portobello with spinach and shrimp; Kelly shows how to make double the drinks with the same yummy ingredients: cucumber juice and blackberry lime syrup.

Wednesday, April 10 - It's "Meat 101" when Garten makes her debut on "The Chew," preparing a meaty dish from one of her best-selling cookbooks, "Foolproof," and talking about her new line of frozen foods; Symon visits the NYC meat mecca, Dickson's Farmstand Meats, and returns to the studio to cook a decadent meat dish for under $5; and Kelly leads another edition of his "Calorie Card Sharks" game.

Thursday, April 11 - It's "Simple, Special, Spectacular: Grilled Edition." The hosts show how to kick grilling up a notch with Batali's grilled ribeye with charred spring onions, morels and port; Symon's crispy grilled cheese with blue cheese fondue; and Oz's grilled radicchio salad with asparagus, candied walnuts and balsamic reduction; Symon gives grill cleaning tips, and the audience learns more tips in the game "Who Wants to be a Grillionaire?"

Friday, April 12 - Paltrow returns to "The Chew" to talk about her new book, "It's All Good," on this "Extra Value Friday: Mambo Italiano Edition"; she teams up with Batali to make a yummy and inexpensive dish, and puts him to the test with Italian trivia; Symon makes fettuccine Alfredo, and Oz shows how to lighten it up but keep the flavor; Food & Wine's Dana Cowin guests at the "Tasting Table."
