The Kaegebein Community Playground Committee will host "Dinner and a Show" to raise money for a new playground.
On Friday, March 1, the Playground Committee will supervise the annual Kaegebein Talent Show, with a spaghetti dinner fundraiser preceding the show.
The event will take place at Grand Island High School, 1100 Ransom Road.
The spaghetti dinner, being prepared by Michael Carr and Sarah Mallare of the Village Inn, will run from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the high school cafeteria.
Diners can then have fun watching the students from Kaegebein perform in the annual Kaegebein Talent Show from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
This fundraising event will be held to help gather funds for a new community playground to be located on the elementary schools grounds.
The Kaegebein Playground Committee thanks the Island Deli for donating the meat to make the meatballs for the dinner.
Tickets for the event will be sold at Kaegebein Elementary School, or contact Carolyn Konopski at 716-207-0470 for information.
