The "Give Change to Make a Change" fund drive at Veronica Connor Middle School raised $1,653.33 for the Neighbors Foundation of Grand Island. Teachers placed containers in their rooms into which students dropped their spare change. Classrooms that raised more than $300 included Sarah Slaght's two plus math classes, pictured.
