Corey McGowan, organizer of the Taste of Grand Island, recently presented five awards to restaurants that took part in the festival. Winners included:

•Best Pizza - Pizza Amore

•Best Wings - Just Pizza

•Best Specialty Food - Riverstone Grill

•Best Restaurant - Beach House

•Best New Restaurant - Saffire Grill
