Several Islanders recently graduated from the U.S. Border Patrol Citizen's Academy. During six weeks of training at various sites in the Buffalo Sector, including Grand Island, participants learned about the efforts made in protecting America's borders. Graduates of the program, pictured, included Islanders Jim Porter, Dean Morakis, Jenn Buckley, Paul Leuchner and Lou Pilié.
