The following activity occurred Monday, July 16, to Sunday, July 22, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 108 response calls during this period.

Monday, July 16

•2900 block of Upper Mountain Road, check welfare. All OK; male reported singing.

•5800 block of West Street, juvenile problem. Patrol advised parents to contact Juvenile Probation. Probation to advise.

•Ninth and Center streets, three-vehicle accident. Statements taken from two drivers; one parked vehicle logged. MV form issued and vehicles towed. Report filed.

•East Lane, landlord-tenant problem. LPD assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office on the call.

•I-190, agency assist. LPD on location with State Police for a traffic stop.

•200 block of Portage Road, unwanted person. Party advised to leave and complied.

•2900 block of Upper Mountain Drive, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a female, 20, regarding a female, 21. Complainant reports the suspect threw her belongings out the window. Report filed.

•5300 block of Military Road, check welfare. Caller reports a patient left the hospital and refused treatment. Hospital did not request his return. A courtesy ride was given home.

•5100 block of Dana Drive, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Statement taken from a male, 79, regarding a male, 23. No charges requested; attempt to locate issued. Report filed.

Tuesday, July 17

•700 block of Mountain View Drive, missing person complaint. Patrol spoke with a female, 53, who reported a female, 18, went out for a run and did not return. Subject later located and returned to the residence.

•Saunders Settlement and Miller roads, assist. LPD assisted Town of Niagara Police with a stopped vehicle. All OK.

•Portage Road, attempt to locate/reckless driver. Patrol located vehicle. Uniform traffic ticket issued.

•4600 block of Washington Drive, unwanted party. Patrol spoke with a female, 18, regarding a male, 25.

•400 block of Ridge Street, harassment. Statement taken from a female, 69, regarding a male suspect, no age listed. Report to follow.

•Locations on Portage Road and Center Street and South Fourth and Center streets, two-vehicle accidents. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, attempt to locate. NCSO handled the call. Male transported to North Tonawanda Police Department.

•400 block of Plain Street, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reports the pullover/arrest of a female, 35, for aggravated unlicensed operation, second. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Locations on the 300 block of South Fourth Street, Fourth Street, and the 300 block of South Eighth Street, Alcohol Beverage Control violations. Patrol reported the arrests of a male, 45, a male, 27, a male, 39, a female, 19, and a male, 21. Appearance tickets issued to all for Lewiston Town Court. Reports filed.

•North Second and Mohawk streets, vehicle/traffic stop/arrests. Patrol reported the arrests of a male, 60, and a female, 45. Charges include driving while intoxicated, driving while ability impaired/drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. LPD K-9 search of vehicle conducted. Vehicle towed. Report filed.

•100 block of Water Street, check welfare. Male found sleeping in a vehicle taken home by a third party.

•Seventh and Tuscarora streets, littering. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 39, for same. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

Wednesday, July 18

•4900 block of Creek Road Extension, one vehicle-pole accident. Patrol reported the arrest of a female, 19, from the accident, for driving with more .08 of 1 percent of alcohol and driving while intoxicated. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Driver taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center for treatment. Vehicle secured. Report filed.

•5300 block of Military Road, Mount St. Mary's, intoxicated female. Female party from above accident; call handled by patrol.

•800 block of Orchard Drive, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, third. Statement taken from a female, 54, listed as the complainant/victim. Male, 35, listed as the suspect. Suspect to custody of NCSO.

•5000 block of Grove Street, burglary/larceny. Statement taken from a male, 20, listed as the complainant/victim, who reported a Sport Rocket bike taken from an unattached garage. NCSO ID unit notified. Report filed.

•2900 block of Upper Mountain Road, larceny. Statement taken from a male, 55, listed as the complainant/victim, who reported a 4-wheeler taken from the yard. Report filed.

•2900 block of Upper Mountain Road, recovered property. Patrol reported the recovery of a Sport Rocket bike and a Honda 4-wheeler from prior incidents. NCSO ID unit on location to process report.

•2800 block of Upper Mountain Road, burglary. Statement taken from a female, 31, who reported a flat screen TV was taken from a camper. Report filed.

•400 block of Kenwood Drive, harassment, follow-up. Patrol spoke to a female regarding a male. Male advised to cease all contact with complainant.

•South Seventh Street, Alcohol Beverage Control arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 19, for an open container violation. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•800 block of Oriole Lane, fight. Patrol spoke with a female, 21 listed as the victim. Two females, ages, 21 and 22, listed as suspects, were GOA. Victim did not wish to press charges. Suspects advised by patrol to cease all contact. Report filed.

Thursday, July 19

•Water Street, intoxicated male. Subject arranged for a cab ride home.

•Water Street, suspicious males at sand docks. Patrol reported an intoxicated male lying down on a dock. Subject sent on his way.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, intoxicated male. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 47, for driving with more .08 of 1 percent of alcohol, driving while intoxicated and related charges. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle secured. Report filed.

•Locations on Lewiston Road and on Saunders Settlement and Walmore roads, separate two vehicle accidents. Statements taken from all drivers. One driver taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital; no tows. Reports filed.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, check welfare, mental health response/overdose. Female, 61, taken by Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

Friday, July 20

•3700 block of Lutts Road, shooter complaint. Caller reported three males shooting out of a rear car window. One male to custody of NCSO.

•1600 block of Ridge Road, burglary complaint. Statement taken from a female, 61. Suspect unknown. Report filed.

•2200 block of Upper Mountain Road, unwanted party. Statement taken from a female, 17, regarding a male suspect, 22. Male left the house.

•Lewiston Dog Park, check situation. Statement taken from a female, 43, who reported her dog was attacked by another dog in the park. A male fled with the dog following the incident. Report filed.

•Addresses on the 100 block of South Water Street, the 800 block of Hillside Drive and the 500 block of Mountain View drive, loud music complaints. Two calls involved bands playing and the home advised about noise on the other. Patrol cleared.

Saturday, July 21

•400 block of Plain Street, possible prowler complaint. Patrol checked area with negative results. Complainant did not want to be interviewed.

•4900 block of Creek Road Extension, check situation. Caller reported a possible domestic. Patrol found the TV was on too loud.

•800 block of James Drive, criminal mischief. Male, 75, reported someone was tampering with the drainage system.

•Swann and Creek roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover/arrest of a male, 40, for aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic issued for Lewiston Town Court and driver released. Report filed.

•Black Nose Spring Road, male down in the roadway. Male, 31, listed.

•1900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, larceny. Patrol reported its investigation ongoing; stolen ring involved.

•1700 block of Upper Mountain Road, harassment. Statement taken from a male, 65, who reported unidentified individual keeps calling making threats to shoot up his motor home.

•5100 block of Country Club Trail, follow-up. Patrol reported a complaint of an underage party in a wooded area between Mountain View Drive and Country Club trail.

•1800 block of Langdon Road, domestic. Patrol reported a boyfriend-girlfriend domestic. Parties separated. Domestic incident report filed.

Sunday, July 22

•Center Street and Portage Road, car-pedestrian accident. Statement taken from the driver with Florida registration. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 22, for driving with more than .08 of 1 percent of alcohol and driving while intoxicated. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle towed. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement and Walmore Roads, suspicious male. Caller reported a male all over the road on a bicycle.

•Pekin Hill Road, suspicious male. Caller reported a male looking into cars. Subject GOA.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, domestic. Male, 36, listed as the complainant. Verbal altercation only. Report filed.
