Niagara County Sheriff's Office Reports (Sentinel Area) for Feb. 11, 2012

The following is a sampling of calls logged by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office in the Lewiston, Porter and Wilson areas from Monday, Jan. 30, to Sunday, Feb. 5.

Monday, Jan. 30

•Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, weapons offense. Dispatch reported authorities had an automatic weapon.

•400 block of Mountain View Drive, burglary. Caller reported the lights on in the foyer and the door open.

•400 block of Mountain View Drive, burglary in progress. Two black males reported involved.

•200 block of Chestnut Street, domestic. Caller reported a 15-year-old was out of control with his fiancée.

•200 block of McChesney Road, two calls, juvenile problem and suspicious person. First call, juveniles went into an unoccupied building. Second call, lights reported on in house.

Tuesday, Jan. 31

•Mount Hope Road, fire/other. Patrol reported a trailer fire, unoccupied.

•2400 block of Youngstown-Lockport Road, custody problem. Caller reported the ex boyfriend will not return the kids.

Wednesday, Feb. 1

•1900 block of Mount Hope Road, burglary. Caller reported 18 to 25 guns taken. Suspect known.

•3000 block of Ransomville Road, fraud. Caller reports receiving a call from a male to send him money.

•3700 block of Dickersonville Road, check welfare. Elderly female seems confused.

Thursday, Feb. 2

•5200 block of Hewitt Drive, suspicious person. Caller reported an individual with red pants underneath a vehicle.

•400 block of Fifth Street, check welfare. Possible husband-wife dispute reported; unknown on intoxication or weapons.

•3800 block of Ransomville Road, suspicious person. Male possibly putting items into a vehicle from a foreclosure.

•Brampton Road, violation of a court order. Estranged wife reported as confrontational.

•500 block of Lake Road, harassment. Caller reports being harassed by three to five males two nights earlier.

•200 block of Young Street, two calls, suspicious vehicle and harassment. Caller reported individuals yelling in vehicles, second report was two males attempting to beat another.

Friday, Feb. 3

•5300 block of Chew Road, accident injury. Two vehicles involved, airbags activated and vehicles blocking the roadway.

•2600 block of Youngstown-Lockport Road, intoxicated driver. No further details.

•3000 block of Orchard Road, violation of court order. Violation occurred earlier.

•Balmer Road, trespassing. Male struck a female on the side of the head with a flashlight.

•Young Street, suspicious vehicle. Caller reported a possible sexual encounter involving a small green vehicle with no plates.

•900 block of C Street, aggravated harassment. Four juveniles reported bullying via the Internet.

Saturday, Feb. 4

•1300 block of Upper Mountain Road, assist. NCSO on location with State Police for an illegal dumping of tires.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, larceny. Wallet taken out of a vehicle that was unlocked.

•Ransomville Road, check welfare. Male in a dark blue jacket reported intoxicated in the street.

•2300 block and 2400 block of Youngstown-Lockport Road, accident-property damage. Two reports of a vehicle drove off into a field.

•3500 block of Ransomville Road, juvenile problem. Caller reported her stepfather threatened to kick her out and has hit her in the past.

•Daniels Street, harassment. Male complainant said he was beaten.

Sunday, Feb. 5

•400 block of Harper Drive, AED response. Female 71, reported with chest pains, tingling in the arm and dizzy.

•400 block of Third Street, two calls, domestic and aggravated harassment. On the first call the boyfriend punched a female in the face the night before. Second call, victim received calls to beat her by her ex's sister.
