The following activity occurred Monday, Nov. 28, to Sunday, Dec. 4, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 81 calls during this period.

Monday, Nov. 28

•5900 block of Tuscarora Road, vehicle in ditch. Patrol reported the driver left the scene. Vehicle towed with 12-hour hold placed.

•400 block of Center Street, larceny. Statement taken from a 42-year-old male; investigation to continue.

•600 block of Northridge Drive, AED/EMS response. Individual taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center.

•900 block of Raymond Drive, assist. Patrol reports assisting a male who was stranded on a roof. Subject taken down.

•2700 block of Upper Mountain Road, burglary report. Patrol spoke with a 19-year-old male. Following an investigation the report was determined to be unfounded.

•2700 block of Upper Mountain Road, male threatening suicide. Patrol reported a 19-year-old male was taken via Rural Metro ambulance to a Medina hospital for an evaluation.

•5400 block of Bridgeman Road, larceny. Statement taken from a 59-year-old male who reported that approximately 100 CDs were taken from a vehicle overnight. No formal report wished, complainant just wanted patrol advised.

•900 block of Center Street, larceny. Patrol listed a 41-year-old female as a suspect. Woman arraigned at Town of Niagara Court and bail of $250/$500 assigned.

•4600 block of Lower River Road, aggravated harassment follow-up to an earlier complaint. Statement taken from an 18-year-old female regarding a 17-year-old female listed as a suspect. Report filed.

Tuesday, Nov. 29

•Locations on the 700 block of 16th Street and the 1700 block of LaSalle Avenue in Niagara Falls, assist calls. LPD K-9 unit assisted Niagara Falls Police Department on searches for a male.

•1100 block of Swann Road, noise complaint. Patrol reported a 50-year-old male was issued an appearance ticket for Lewiston Town Court for violating the town noise ordinance. Report filed.

•1600 block of Upper Mountain Road, custody problem. Statement taken from an 18-year-old female. Patrol reported Cattaraugus County marshals checked on the welfare of the child in question; child OK. Complainant referred to family court.

•800 block of Oneida Street, assist. LPD on location with Niagara County Sheriff's Office for a search warrant.

•4900 block of Creek Road Extension (two calls), check welfare and mental health response. Patrol reported all OK on first response. On the second response a 76-year-old female was taken by Rural Metro ambulance to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•2800 block of Ridge Road, suspicious vehicle. A 38-year-old male advised patrol of a green PT Cruiser with pink swirls/pinstripes in the area, and its driver possibly taking pictures.

•4000 block of Creek Road, arrest on two follow-up complaints. Patrol reported the arrest of a 17-year-old female for second-degree aggravated harassment. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•5000 block of Isherwood Drive, assist. LPD K-9 unit on location with State Police and Town of Niagara Police on a track of a male. Track ended on the 4700 block of Creekside Drive where the suspect fled eastbound in a white vehicle.

Wednesday, Nov. 30

•LPD office, follow-up. Statement taken regarding an earlier accident.

•1400 block of Saunders Settlement Road, Colonial Village School, check welfare. Statement taken from a 44-year-old male. Investigation to continue.

•Ridge and Porter Center roads, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers. Report filed.

•1900 block of Mount Hope Road, unwanted party. Patrol reported a male suspect left without incident.

Thursday, Dec. 1

•LPD office, arrest. Patrol reported a 43-year-old male turned himself in from a September incident. Arrest report completed.

•Lewiston Town Court, arrest. Patrol reported a 34-year-old female turned herself into the court. Arrest report completed.

•400 block of Main Street in Youngstown, paperwork on subpoena served. No further details.

•3300 block of Creek Road, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a neighbor problem, possible handgun involved. Resolved by patrol.

•2400 block of Ridge Road, check situation. Patrol spoke with a 23-year-old female regarding a possible harassment. Resolved by patrol.

•100 block of Jackson Street in Youngstown, suspicious male. LPD assisted NCSO on a check of the area, with negative results.

Friday, Dec. 2

•1500 block of Ridge Road, EMS response. A 77-year-old male was taken to Mount St. Mary's.

•Upper Mountain Road, attempt to locate. LPD on location with NCSO for a search of a suspicious vehicle. Area checked with negative results.

•LPD office, aggravated harassment complaint. Statement taken from a 38-year-old male regarding a 42-year-old male listed as a person involved. Patrol contacted and advised him to have no further contact with the complainant. Subject stated he would comply.

•5800 block of Garlow Road, two-vehicle accident. Call handled by State Police.

•3300 block of Creek Road, assault. LPD on location to assist NCSO on a report of stabbing.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, unwanted party. Caller reported an unknown vehicle in the driveway. Handled by NCSO.

•700 block of Sunnyside Drive, warrant execution. Patrol reports serving a bench warrant on a 25-year-old male. Report filed.

•700 block of The Circle Drive, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a male regarding a female suspect. Patrol advised the female to stop emailing the complainant.

•Robert Moses Parkway, reckless operation. Caller reported a vehicle traveling southbound in the northbound lane. Patrol checked with negative results.

•RMP at Ridge Road, assist. LPD on location with State Police for a DWI. State Police handled.

•3500 block of Saunders Settlement Road, suspicious person. Caller reported a male looking into yards. Subject gone on patrol's arrival.

Saturday, Dec. 3

•Center and North Fifth streets, loud party. Caller reported males yelling at cars. Subjects dispersed.

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road at Printup Road, two-vehicle accident/domestic/mental health response. Statements taken and both vehicles towed with no holds. Investigation to continue; report filed.

•900 block of James Drive, suspicious vehicle. Vehicle located on the I-190; driver was taking pictures of turkeys.

•700 block of Center Street, EMS/overdose. Patrol reported a 25-year-old male was taken by Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS to Mount St. Mary's Hospital. Unknown what the male ingested.

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 68-year-old male who reported the front driver's side of a vehicle was heavily damaged. Report filed.

•5200 block of Lewiston Road, harassment. Patrol listed a 34-year-old female and a 44-year-old female as persons involved. Parties advised to stay away from each other; subjects complied. Patrol cleared.

•900 block of Mohawk Street, AED response. Lewiston No. 1 EMS on location for an 83-year-old female with chest pain/difficulty breathing.

•5200 block of Lewiston Road, custody dispute. Child turned over without incident.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, suspicious person. Patrol reports male listed as with special needs was returned to his home without incident.

•400 block of Meadowbrook Drive, attempt to locate. Complainant listed as a 45-year-old male. Patrol checked the area for an unidentified subject with negative results. Subject was possibly heading to a Ransomville address.

•Ridge Road, reckless driver heading eastbound from Dickersonville Road. Area checked with negative results.

Sunday, Dec. 4

•Niagara University campus, EMS/overdose. Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. for transport of a 19-year-old female, intoxicated, to EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's.

•Unspecified location, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover of a 26-year-old male for third degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court date. Vehicle released to a licensed driver. Report filed.

•400 block of Center Street, structure fire at an apartment/restaurant building. Lewiston No. 1 and mutual aid fire companies on location. NCSO investigation to continue.

•Indian Hill and Mount Hope Roads, vehicle/traffic incident. Patrol reported a green Chevy pickup with no plates turning onto Indian Hill Road from Ridge Road. Vehicle went off the roadway at Mount Hope Road and patrol's chase was terminated.

•5800 block of Garlow Road, domestic. Patrol listed a 17-year-old female as a victim and a 46-year-old male as a suspect. Parties separated and domestic incident report completed.

•5200 block of Forrest Road, larceny. Unidentified resident reported lawn decorations and Santa stolen. Periodic checks of the area requested.

•Joe Davis Park, intoxicated driver/ATV complaint. Patrol reported a 26-year-old male, listed first as the complainant, had called to report about ATVs in the park. Patrol then reported the male as a DWI suspect. Vehicle towed and male released to his mother.
