Shaw Festival's 50th season shaping up to be a banner year

The Shaw Festival is having a great season.

And there's plenty of evidence to back up the claim.

The festival, now celebrating its 50th season, is reporting record-breaking sales for its production of "My Fair Lady."

Two other productions have proved so popular with theatergoers, they're being extended.

The extension of two shows, record breaking sales for the landmark musical "My Fair Lady" and clear evidence that the plays of Bernard Shaw are still relevant to theatergoers across Canada and the U.S. are just some of the reasons the Shaw Festival has cause to celebrate.
