The following activity occurred Monday, July 11, to Sunday, July 17, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD reported a total of 116 responses during this period.

Monday, July 11

•1900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, aggravated harassment. Female informed patrol her cousin had been hacking into her Facebook account.

•900 block of Center Street, bad check complaint. Statement taken from a 54-year-old female regarding a female suspect. Investigation to continue; report filed.

•Liberty Drive, Wheatfield, follow-up. Patrol reported the arrest of a 19-year-old male on burglary charges from an earlier incident. Suspect arraigned at Porter Town Court, bail of $2,500/$5,000 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office. Report filed.

•800 block of Pletcher Road, unwanted party. Statement taken from a 33-year-old regarding a 28-year-old male. Male advised not to return without patrol.

•Thornwood Drive, reckless driver. Caller reported three sport bike motorcyclists driving too fast down the street. Negative results on patrol's search.

•Ridge Road-Center Street area, two-vehicle injury accident, one involving a motorcycle. Both drivers taken to ECMC in Buffalo. Lewiston No. 1 and MercyFlight both on scene. Report filed.

Tuesday, July 12

•4600 block of Dickersonville Road, domestic incident. Statement taken from a 38-year-old female regarding a 40-year-old male. Complainant and children left for the night; report filed.

•500 block of Colt Avenue, suspicious person. A 41-year-old male and a 35-year-old female were listed as suspects.

•5400 block of Robert Street, domestic incident. The 41-year-old male from the Colt Avenue call was arrested and charged with second-degree harassment; bail of $250 assigned.

•LPD office, violation of order of protection. Statement taken from a 29-year-old male regarding a 48-year-old female. Investigation to continue.

•100 block of North Water Street, larceny. Statement taken from a 41-year-old male who reported an unknown suspect stole a freezer and a coffee maker from behind the building. Report filed.

•Village locations, 16 open container violations. Locations included South Fourth Street, Cayuga Street, North Fourth and Onondaga streets, Third and Ridge Streets and South Fourth and Plain streets. Arrested were: an 18-year-old male, a 24-year-old female, a 28-year-old male, a 23-year-old male, a 22-year-old female, a 22-year-old male, a 41-year-old female, a 24-year-old female, a 41-year-old male, a 47-year-old male, a 49-year-old male, a 48-year-old female, a 27-year-old male and a 25-year-old male. Appearance tickets issued to all for Lewiston Town Court. Reports filed.

•5100 block of Dana Drive, harassment. Statement taken from a 43-year-old female regarding a 49-year-old male. Report filed.

•Indian Hill Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a 45-year-old male for third degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic ticket with return date for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

Wednesday, July 13

•4700 block of Eddy Drive East, harassment. Patrol spoke with the suspect and advised not to call back.

•5100 block of Walmore Road, EMS response. Male fell out of a pickup truck.

•4300 block of Ransomville Road, loud party. Subjects advised to keep it down for the night.

•Cayuga and Niagara streets, disorderly conduct. Patrol reported the arrest of a 43-year-old male.

•200 block of South Third Street, possible neighbor problem. Patrol spoke with a 43-year-old female regarding a male.

•400 block of Ridge Street, criminal mischief complaint. Statement taken from a 44-year-old male regarding a male.

•Ridge Road and Big Vista Drive, assist. Patrol on location with State Police for a DWI. Call handled by State Police.

5200 block of Hewitt Parkway, aggravated harassment. Patrol spoke with a 41-year-old male who reported a female friend of his wife keeps calling the house. Patrol advised the subject to call at a more reasonable hour.

•400 block of South Fourth Street, officer requested. Caller had issues concerning the disorderly conduct of concertgoers at Artpark.

•5100 block of Country Club Trail, fireworks complaint. Patrol spoke with a 48-year-old female. Situation resolved by patrol.

Thursday, July 14

•Ninth and Center streets, check welfare, report of a man yelling. Subject gone on patrol's arrival.

•500 block of Oak Street, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a suspicious person complaint. Patrol checked; subjects gone on arrival.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, suspicious item. LPD assisted NCSO; call involved a pipe bomb found in a mailbox. State Police secured device.

•300 block of Merrie Road, recovered property. Bicycle found and secured.

Friday, July 15

•2400 block of Youngstown-Lockport Road, assist. LPD requested on location with NCSO for a boyfriend-girlfriend domestic. Call disregarded en route.

•Ridge and Dickersonville roads, check situation. Caller reported occupants of a black Jeep were tossing eggs from the vehicle. Patrol checked with negative results.

•400 block of Ridge Street, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; building sustained structural damage; vehicle No. 1 secured.

•Lewiston and Military roads, three-vehicle accident with injuries. Call handled by State Police.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, larceny/criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 51-year-old male; report filed.

Saturday, July 16

•Upper Mountain and Garlow roads, assist. LPD requested to assist NCSO with a car chase. Driver fled on foot and was GOA.

•Walmore and Mount Hope Roads, one vehicle rollover. Patrol reported a 22-year-old male listed as the driver was charged with driving while intoxicated. Blood alcohol content testing performed. BAC result, 14 of 1 percent of alcohol. No further details.

•5100 block of Bridgeman Road, suspicious vehicle. LPD assisted State Police on the call. Unidentified driver cited for third degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic ticket issued.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, counterfeit currency. A 28-year-old male was listed as a person involved. LPD investigation determined the bill was real and returned. Report filed.

•600 block of Upper Mountain Road, theft of services. Issue resolved by patrol.

•4500 block of Washington Drive, fireworks complaint. Parties advised by patrol.

•Creek Road, suspicious male at the Hickory Stick golf course. Patrol located a male fishing in the pond.

•2600 block of Youngstown-Lockport Road, assist. LPD on location with State Police for a domestic. Call handled by State Police.

•Military Road, one vehicle accident/DWI. Patrol reported the arrest of a 49-year-old female for driving while intoxicated. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court and driver taken by Rural Metro ambulance to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center on a mental health response. DMV forms issued. Report filed.

Sunday, July 17

•400 block of Cherry Lane, domestic. Patrol spoke with a 34-year-old male regarding a 37-year-old male. Domestic incident report filed.

•800 block of Center Street, fight at a bar/restaurant. Patrol advised the parties involved to leave.

•200 block of North Fourth Street, check welfare. Patrol entered the home through an open window. Female in question was not on location. Patrol secured the home and cleared the call without incident.

•4200 block of Dickersonville Road, loud shots. Patrol checked with negative results.

•5000 block of Susies Lane, property dispute. Issues resolved by patrol.

•3300 block of Youngstown-Lockport Road, domestic. LPD on location with NCSO; no further details.

•800 block of Oriole Lane, missing person. Patrol spoke with a 38-year-old female regarding a 16-year-old male juvenile.

•4800 block of Kline Road, person with a gun. LPD on location to assist Town of Niagara Police Department.

•South Eighth Street and Fairchild Place, shooter complaint. Patrol checked with negative results.

•2100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, hit-run accident involving a mailbox. Patrol reported the vehicle not on location; report filed.
