This summer, the Youngstown Free Library has teamed up with the Porter Recreation Department to present story hour in Falkner Park each Wednesday at 1 p.m. (through Aug. 24). The NIOGA Library System's traveling storytellers present stories on vehicles and transportation, legends and folktales, and dress up, all with a "One World Many Stories" summer theme on July 20, Aug. 3 and 17.

On Aug. 10, Tamara Larson, principal of the Lewiston-Porter Primary Education Center, will be the guest storyteller. Amanda Free, summer reading program coordinator, will present the programs on July 27 and Aug. 24.

Children of all ages are invited to attend. In the event of rain, the programs will be moved to the library.

Library hours are Monday-Thursday, 1:30 to 8:30 p.m.; and Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
