The Student Evaluation Committee for the Colleges of Health Professions and Nursing at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse recently placed Eve Placek on the dean's list for her performance in the Radiation Therapy Technology Program.

Placek, a 2008 graduate of Niagara-Wheatfield High School, is the daughter of Gary and Margaret Placek.
