The following activity occurred Monday, May 23, to Sunday, May 29, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. A total of 95 calls were answered by LPD during this period.

Monday, May 23

•Ridge Road and Big Vista Drive, vehicle check. Patrol reported the arrest of a 24-year-old male for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic ticket issued with return date for Lewiston Town Court. Patrol's report to follow.

•4600 block of Model City Road, larceny. Disposition taken by patrol; suspect not at the location.

•900 block of Pletcher Road, suspicious person at a horse barn. A 15-year-old male juvenile located by patrol was returned to a parent. Property owner notified.

•800 block of Upper Mountain Road, domestic incident. Patrol reported a 36-year-old male and a 30-year-old female engaged in a dispute over dogs. Domestic incident report and patrol's report both filed.

•4200 block of Ransomville Road, harassment. Statement taken from a 29-year-old male regarding a 48-year-old female listed by patrol as a suspect. Complainant did not wish to file charges.

•Saunders Settlement and Walmore roads, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

Tuesday, May 24

•4600 block of Model City Road, criminal mischief complaint. Statement taken from a 30-year-old male regarding a 29-year-old female. No charges.

•Unspecified location, complaint of a lost/stolen liquor permit. Patrol spoke with a 55-year-old male; suspect unknown.

•LPD office, harassment complaint. Statement taken from a 63-year-old male regarding a 30-year-old male. Patrol advised complainant to speak with the county district attorney's office.

•LPD office, harassment complaint. Statement taken from a 43-year-old male regarding a 49-year-old male listed as a suspect. Report filed.

•LPD office, larceny complaint. Statement taken from a 26-yearold female regarding an earlier incident on the 700 block of Cayuga Street. Suspect unknown. Investigation to continue.

•Lewiston Queenston bridge, duty free shops, hit-run accident. Statement taken from a 44-year-old male regarding a building struck by a vehicle. A trucking company was listed in patrol's report. Investigation to continue.

•Saunders Settlement and Townline roads, unwanted person. Patrol spoke with a 43-year-old female; a 31-year-old male was listed. Patrol reported complainant to small claims court.

•4000 block of Model City Road, back check complaint. Statement taken from a male; a home contracting company was listed in the report. Investigation to continue.

•2600 block of Upper Mountain Road, domestic incident. Patrol assisted State Police on the call.

•400 block of Plain Street, suspicious person complaint. Patrol spoke with an unidentified complainant and checked the area, with negative results. Patrol cleared.

Wednesday, May 25

•900 block of Ridge Road, unwanted party/criminal mischief. Patrol spoke with a female regarding a 48-year-old male who fled the scene. Area checked with negative results.

•800 block of Balmer Road, assist. Patrol on location with Niagara County Sheriff's Office for a domestic. Call involved a male-female verbal dispute. All OK; patrol cleared.

•4000 block of Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter High School, LPD K-9 unit search. No further details.

•500 block of Pletcher Road, landlord-tenant dispute. Issue resolved by patrol; all OK. Patrol cleared.

•5700 block of Griffin Street, suspicious person. Complainant reports an intoxicated male came to the door asking for gas. Nothing reported missing from the yard and all otherwise OK.

•400 block of Fort Gray Drive, animal problem. Patrol advised the caller to leave a raccoon found on the property alone.

Thursday, May 26

•North Fourth and Onondaga streets, recovered property. Patrol recovered an orange and silver power climber bike and secured same.

•Lewiston Road and Meadowbrook Drive, two-car accident. Statements taken from both drivers; no injuries or tows. MV form issued. Report filed.

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover/arrest of a 47-year-old male for second degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Bail of $250 assigned and subject remanded to custody of NCSO. Vehicle turned over to the rightful owner. Report filed.

•LPD office, harassment complaint. Statement taken from a 26-year-old female regarding a female suspect and an incident that occurred at a restaurant business on the 800 block of Cayuga Street. Investigation to continue; report filed.

•Simmons and Ridge roads, suspicious vehicle. All OK; private investigator on location.

•LPD office, harassment complaint. Patrol reported the incident occurred at a restaurant on the 800 block of Cayuga Street. Complaint taken.

•1400 block of Ridge Road, property-damage accident. Patrol reported State Police on location for a driving while intoxicated arrest involving a female. No further information.

Friday, May 27

•2100 block of Watts Drive, suspicious vehicle. Caller reported a gold vehicle in the area driven by a bald man; negative results on patrol's search.

•4000 block of Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter High School, disorderly conduct. Statement taken from a 46-year-old male, which resulted in the arrest of a 17-year-old male. Suspect remanded to NCSO en route to jail. No further details.

•LPD office, domestic complaint. Statement taken from a 50-year-old female regarding a 39-year-old male suspect and an incident that occurred on the 2200 block of Upper Mountain Road. Domestic Incident Report and patrol's report both filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, lost property. Statement taken from a 27-year-old female who reported losing $100 in cash earlier from inside a store. Investigation to continue; report filed.

•Upper Mountain and Garlow roads, recovered stolen vehicle. Patrol reported the recovery of a vehicle listed as stolen earlier from North Tonawanda. Vehicle secured and North Tonawanda Police notified.

•2100 block of Landgon Road, officer requested. Patrol spoke with a 42-year-old female regarding a female party. No further details.

•South Sixth and Center streets, criminal mischief complaint. Statement taken from an 18-year-old male which resulted in the arrest of a 16-year-old male juvenile on said charge. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court; report filed.

•Upper Mountain Road and I-190 ramp, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; report filed drivers; report filed.

•400 block of Chicora Road, disturbing the peace. Noise violation reported; no further details.

•Smith and Onondaga streets, disturbing the peace. Complainant reported fireworks coming from the rear of a bar/restaurant. Negative results on patrol's check.

Saturday, May 28

•1400 block of Swann Road at Model City road, property-damage accident. Unidentified person involved reported a grey pickup truck was involved and left the scene.

•900 block of Center Street, two-vehicle accident. Statement taken from driver of vehicle No. 1; vehicle No. 2 was parked. Report filed.

•700 block of Center Street, possible two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; report filed.

•Academy Road, Ransomville, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a harassment complaint.

•Saunders Settlement and Miller roads, vehicle traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a 39-year-old male for third degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic ticket issued with return date for Lewiston Town Court.

•1200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, harassment complaint. Statement taken from a 27-year-old female regarding a male suspect. Report filed.

Sunday, May 29

•Green Road, accident with injury. Patrol reports a white Chevy Blazer, possible stolen, roller over into a ditch and the driver left the scene. NCSO to do the report.

•Lewiston and Military roads, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers. Patrol reports charging driver No. 1, a 29-year-old female, with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic tickets issued with return date for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle No. 1 towed; report filed.

•2300 block of Ridge Road, unwanted party. All OK; parties left prior to patrol's arrival without incident.

•1100 block of Swann Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a 45-year-old female who reported her female juvenile daughter has been receiving phone calls from an unknown number.
