Residents and businesses in Youngstown are encouraged to light up their decorations on the evening of Dec, 15, to enter the annual holiday decorating contest sponsored by the Youngstown Lions Club. Judging will take place that evening; winners are limited to once every three years. Prizes for decorated homes will include first ($100), second ($75) and third ($50), with a special prize ($50) for a business.
