Aero Transportation and Bridge Niagara Foundation announced the final countdown to their seventh annual turkey giveaway – set to take place Friday at Bloneva Bond Primary School.

A press release stated, “In what promises to be a record-breaking year, the organizers plan to distribute 500 turkeys, along with other essential food items and clothing. This initiative, a beacon of hope and unity in the community, is organized in collaboration with the Niagara Falls City School District.”

Anas Mangla of Aero Transportation said, "In these challenging times, our turkey giveaway represents more than just an event. It's a symbol of hope, unity, and the power of community. We're committed to bringing not just sustenance but also joy and a sense of togetherness to our neighbors."

Nasreen Akhtar of Bridge Niagara Foundation added, "Our commitment to giving back to the community is stronger than ever. In a world where division and frustration are prevalent, events like this are crucial for bringing people together, spreading smiles and warmth across our community."

Organizers put out a call for volunteers “to assist in the smooth running of the event.” Given the first-come, first-serve nature of the giveaway, they also encourage early arrival to ensure availability.

Aero Transportation is a leader in non-emergency medical transportation in Western New York, while Bridge Niagara Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting local communities and youth.
