Destination Niagara ornament benefits Niagara Falls Fire Department Toy Fund

Now in its 95th year, the Niagara Falls Fire Department Toy Fund is an annual tradition to raise money for the purpose of providing Christmas toys for those in need. In an effort to support this cause, Destination Niagara USA has designed a new commemorative ornament for 2023 with 100% of the profits benefitting the toy fund.

More than $1,100 was raised in ornament sales in 2022.

“Our organization is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community, and that includes supporting other nonprofit organizations,” Destination Niagara USA President and CEO John Percy said. “We hope that the 2023 ornament sales exceed last year’s efforts for the Niagara Falls Fire Department Toy Fund, and that this initiative continues to grow.”

The 2023 Niagara Falls USA-themed ornaments can be purchased for $12.99 through Sunday, Dec. 17, in the Niagara Falls USA Official Visitor Center, located at 10 Rainbow Blvd., Niagara Falls; or through the online shop at https://niagarafallsusa.square.site/. The Niagara Falls USA Official Visitor Center is open from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily for those looking to shop in person.
