Gathering together in Lions Park on a day in early October, Lions from Youngstown and Lewiston were joined by Boy Scout Troop 829 and others who came out to plant trees to further develop the community park in the Village of Youngstown. Many thanks to all who participated, and especially to Youngstown Lions Foundation Chair Richard Allen for his ongoing dedication to helping the park achieve its intended prominence and suitability for both now and in the future.
Youngstown Lions Club is currently celebrating its 75th Anniversary year (1948-2023) focused on achieving its mission, “We Serve!” through a myriad of community service events and donations to over 40 organizations and causes throughout the year.
