Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center announced the appointment of Pamela Levering, R.N., M.S.N., as its chief nursing officer. Levering brings over 25 years of nursing experience to the position, previously serving as the director of intensive care at NFMMC.
Prior to joining NFMMC, Levering held charge nurse positions at Orleans Community Health-Medina Memorial Hospital, Inter-Community Memorial Hospital-Newfane Hospital and Mount St. Mary’s Hospital.
In her new role, Levering will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of nursing units and designated clinical areas at NFMMC. Her duties will include creating and executing nursing strategies, aligning corporate policies, and ensuring patients receive high-quality care that meets or exceeds their expectations.
Levering’s academic achievements include a Master of Science in nursing administration from SUNY Empire State College, a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Daemen College, and an Associate in Applied Science – nursing from Niagara County Community College.
