Memorial welcomes Czyzewski as new 340B coordinator

Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center announced the appointment of Julie Czyzewski as its new 340B coordinator.

NFMMC stated, “With over 16 years in the health care sector, Czyzewski brings extensive expertise to this crucial role. Before joining NFMMC, Czyzewski distinguished herself as the 340B and drug procurement coordinator at Brooks Memorial Hospital for over four years. She also has 12 years of experience in health care coding and billing.

“Recognized as a 340B accredited expert (ACE) through Apexus, Czyzewski's credentials underscore her in-depth grasp of the 340B program.”

Czyzewski’s educational background includes earning a Bachelor of Science from Daemen College. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Grand Canyon University.

In her new role, Czyzewski will oversee the department of pharmacy for the 340B program. Her duties will encompass ensuring compliance, reviewing operations, managing clinic-administered medications in eligible locations, overseeing mixed-use areas through split billing software, and supervising outpatient prescriptions filled by contract 340B pharmacies.

The press release added, “As the key liaison to internal stakeholders, Czyzewski will be instrumental in maximizing the efficient utilization of the 340B programs.”
