Youngstown’s The Ontario House (aka The Stone Jug) presented the Home Assistance Referral Team with a check for $2,000 from the proceeds of a July 8 performance by the Summer of ’69 Band.

HART Executive Director Christine S. O’Hara, MS, said, “The Summer of ’69 Band has been a part of HART for many years, and joining with the Jug has been great.”

Mike Costello, owner of The Stone Jug, added, “We love this partnership. HART is such a great organization, and the services that they provide to the elderly and infirm throughout Niagara and Erie County are so important. We want to make sure they are around for years to come.

HART is located at 505 Cayuga St., Lewiston and serves all of Niagara County. It has expanded to most of Erie County, including Grand Island, Kenmore and the Tonawandas.

The agency is funded solely through donations from individuals and organizations, special events and grants.
