Openings still exist at Cardinal O’Hara High School’s new summer camps for students from fourth through eighth grades. Summer academy, a mix of science, arts, sports and fun, will take place from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. July 31 to Aug. 4. The $225 fee includes lunch.
A cheerleading clinic, taught by O’Hara’s cheerleading coaches, will take place from 9 a.m. to noon July 24-25. The fee is $25.
Co-ed basketball, taught by Brian Legge, boys varsity basketball coach, is a new program from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 17-21. The $200 fee includes lunch.
Archery, a new physical education course and student club, will teach campers the basics of archery from Sam Harmon, certified archery instructor. The 10 a.m. to noon class will take place in O’Hara’s new archery court June 27-29. The fee is $75.
