Bank will provide financial support for homebuyer education programs

The First Niagara Foundation and Niagara Falls Neighborhood Housing Services Inc. are partnering to provide educational support for first-time homebuyers in Niagara Falls.

"First Niagara believes in making our community a better place by working to revitalize our neighborhoods," said Buford Sears, First Niagara Buffalo market executive. "We join with Niagara Falls Neighborhood Housing Services Inc. to help families realize their dreams of home ownership - and build a foundation to support the future success of the entire Niagara region."

Janet Billingslea is a client of Niagara Falls Neighborhood Housing Services who recently purchased her first home with the organization's guidance. She said, "I was blessed to find them, and now I have a beautiful home."

Niagara Falls Neighborhood Housing Services focuses on improving the quality and stability of the housing stock in local neighborhoods by providing new homeownership opportunities for families.
