The following activity occurred Monday, April 1, to Sunday, April 7, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 94 response calls during this period.

Monday, April 1

•5300 block of Garlow Road, domestic, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Male, 27, listed as a suspect and a female, 23, listed as person involved. Male arrested for driving while intoxicated; driving with more than .08 of 1 percent of alcohol; obstructing governmental administration, second; and resisting arrest. Male assigned jail/bail. Domestic Incident Report issued. Report filed.

•5200 block of Paddock Lane, alarm response. Worker on location; all OK.

•Robert Moses Parkway, check. Vehicle reported traveling north in southbound lane. Negative results reported.

•LPD office, larceny. Statement taken from a male, elderly, regarding an incident that occurred earlier at EM-Star of Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center. Investigation to continue; report filed.

•Saunders Settlement Road and Buffalo Street, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

•LPD office, follow-up. Male, 27, inquiring regarding an assault investigation.

•5400 block of Bridgeman Road, aggravated harassment. Unwanted phone calls, handled by patrol.

•1100 block of Elliott Drive, domestic/assault. Female, 45, listed as complainant and male, 52, listed as suspect. Complainant treated at Mount St. Mary's EM-Star for injuries. Suspect left scene. Report filed.

Tuesday, April 2

•Saunders Settlement and Walmore roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Female, 35, arrested for operation while registration is suspended/revoked. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•500 block of Irving Drive, neighbor problem. Patrol spoke with a male, 67, who reported suspicious vehicles near a neighbor's house. Wants frequent checks of area.

•5300 block of Military Road, officer requested. Patrol spoke with a female, 44, concerning a Metro Bus. Investigation to continue.

•5400 block of Comstock Road, property dispute. Complainant occurred on 1500 block of Mount Hope Road; patrol assisted Niagara County Sheriff's Office in handling report.

Wednesday, April 3

•4900 block of Lewiston Road, AED response. Female, 36, unresponsive. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS on location.

•5100 block of Country Club Trail, fraud. Male contacted patrol regarding a money scam. No report taken; complainant did not send money.

•5900 block of Kline Road, property damage. Mailbox damaged overnight. No report requested.

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, domestic. Female listed as complainant and male listed as suspect. No ages listed. Domestic Incident Report filed.

•Niagara University, harassment. Female listed as suspect reportedly called Castellani Art Museum and left threatening messages.

•500 block of Walmore Road, harassment. Patrol spoke with both parties; all OK.

•600 block of C Street, follow-up. Female listed in NU harassment call taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center on a mental health response.

•900 block of Center Street, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; report filed.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, bank alarm response. Call accidental.

•1900 block of Ridge Road, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Male, 29, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation. Suspect released on uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•4500 block of Washington Drive, alarm response. All secure; no key holder.

•700 block of Powell Lane, citizen assist. All secure.

•Saunders Settlement Road and Hewitt Drive, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Male, 28, arrested for criminal possession of controlled substance, fifth. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed. LPD also reported conducting a K-9 narcotics search at the location.

Thursday, April 4

•700 block of Lake Road, check 911. Citizen assist with phone problems.

•Saunders Settlement and Walmore Roads, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Female, 33, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation and operation while registration is suspended/revoked. Suspect released on uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•5500 block of Townline Road, house/structure fire. Sanborn Volunteer Fire Co. on location; electrical issue reported.

•Route 104 westbound, reckless driver. GOA.

•200 block of Portage Road, unwanted Person. All OK.

•2400 block of Upper Mountain Road, tire fire/shed fire. LPD assisted NCSO; all OK.

•Devils Hole State Park, assist. LPD on location with U.S. Border patrol and State Parks Police for an individual reported crossing at Artpark. Subject in custody in Canada.

•Smith Street, assist. LPD on location with state police for a vehicle/traffic stop. Suspect fled on foot. Male suspect apprehended by patrol at gas/convenience store at Ninth and Center streets and transferred to custody of state police.

•Rainbow Bridge, assist. LPD K-9 search assisted U.S. Customs with a vehicle.

•200 block of Portage Road, harassment complaint at a motel. Statement taken from a female, 42, Suspect unknown, possibly an evicted former tenant.

•Locations on 300 block of River View Drive, Youngstown, and 5200 block of Lewiston Road, alarm responses. Locations secure.

Friday, April 5

•Bonds Lake, suspicious vehicle. Vehicle unoccupied; all OK.

•2500 block of Ridge Road, possible larceny. Patrol reported the house as vacant. Landscapers removed items from garage. Patrol spoke with a neighbor. Investigation to continue.

•Location not specified, assist. LPD assisted Town of Niagara Police on an attempt to locate for a suspect of a larceny that occurred at a retail business on the 2500 block of Military Road. Owner of vehicle involved lives in Youngstown. No further details.

•800 block of The Circle Drive, alarm response. State police on location.

•5300 block of Chew Road, two-vehicle accident. Statement taken from driver of vehicle No. 2, who reported driver of vehicle No. 1 refused to cooperate and left scene. Vehicle No. 1 listed as a 2000 Pontiac, color blue; plate number logged. Report filed.

•5400 block of Roberts Street, domestic/check 911. Female. 37, listed as complainant; male, no age, listed as suspect and placed under arrest for menacing. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•500 block of Irving Drive, stove fire. Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. on location.

Saturday, April 6

•200 block of South Second Street, domestic. Female, 53, listed as complainant and male, 52, listed as suspect. Report filed.

•4500 block of Washington Drive, check welfare. All OK.

•400 block of Main Street, Youngstown, alarm response. LPD on location to assist NCSO. Building secure.

•400 block of Dutton Drive, occupied vehicle in front yard. Patrol responded and reported a female, 42, passed out at the wheel. Female suspect arrested for driving while intoxicated. Breath testing refused. Vehicle towed.

•4500 block of Washington Drive, unwanted party. Party left prior to patrol's arrival.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, violation of court order. Patrol reported party on site wasn't the one listed.

•South Sixth and center streets, hit-run accident. Statement taken from driver; other vehicle left scene.

•5300 block of Military Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

Sunday, April 7

•5000 block of Garlow Road, trailer/brush fire. Male, 33, on location.

•NU campus, Clet and Seton residence halls, separate reports of an intoxicated female and an intoxicated male. Patrol assisted EMS responders on both calls.

•NU campus, O'Shea lot, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from drivers; report filed.

•Location not specified. Larceny. LPD assisted NCSO on an arrest. Unidentified suspect to Niagara County Jail. No further details. NCSO filed report.

•2400 block of Upper Mountain Road, harassment. Male, no, age, listed as complainant. Patrol reported a male, 30, was arrested for threatening his former employer and family and being terminated. Arraignment at Town of Niagara Court, bail of $500/$1,000 assigned and suspect remanded to Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•4900 block of Creek Road, two responses - unwanted party and juvenile problem. First response, party GOA. On LPD's second response, patrol spoke with a female complainant, 43, regarding a female suspect, 17, reported in possession of hypodermic needles. Suspect charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh. Suspect remanded to Niagara County Jail on jail/bail of $500.

•1000 block of Escarpment Drive, open burn. Fire contained and put out on scene.
