The following activity occurred Monday, Jan. 14, to Sunday, Jan. 20, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 119 response calls during this period.

Monday, Jan. 14

•4800 block of East Eddy Drive, check 911. Phone problem reported; all OK.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, found property. Male, 46, listed on call. No further details.

•440 block of Mohawk Street, check welfare. No one home; patrol to follow up.

•Locations on Bennett Village, Erb Street, Hirschbeck Street and Shumway Street, all in Buffalo, assist calls. LPD K-9 unit on locations with Buffalo Police and U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency for one search warrant execution and three separate narcotics searches.

•Townline Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Female, 35, placed under arrest for aggravated unlicensed operation and operation while registration is suspended/revoked. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle released to a licensed driver. Report filed.

Tuesday, Jan. 15

Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, mental health response. Male, no age listed, taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•5000 block of Walmore Road, animal problem. Caller reported three pit bulls fighting. Patrol reported a neighbor dispatched the dogs as they went after the homeowner.

•Ridge Road, reckless driver. Vehicle GOA.

Wednesday, Jan. 16

•1500 block of Mount Hope Road, MVA fatal. Male, 35, listed as a victim. Niagara County Sheriff's Office Accident Investigation Unit and ID Unit on location. Report filed.

•700 block of Powell Lane, injured dog. Dog control officer contacted; animal returned to its owner on Raymond Drive.

•5200 block of Green Road, AED response. Male, 74, unresponsive. Lewiston No. 2 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS on location.

•400 block of Center Street, hit-run accident. Statement taken from driver on scene. Report filed.

•2900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, harassment. Female, 19, listed as a suspect. Female left area; no charges at this time.

•1100 block of Swann Road, suspicious vehicle. No problems found.

•800 block of James Drive, garage fire. Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. on location.

•100 block of North Sixth Street, fire in wall. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. on location.

•100 block of Ontario Street, warrant execution. Female, 47, arraigned at Lewiston Town Court; charges not listed. Bail of $250/$500 assigned and suspect remanded to Niagara County Jail.

Thursday, Jan. 17

•300 block of North Seventh Street, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

•300 block of South Seventh Street, burglary report. Female, 24, reported unknown persons entering residence to watch/order porn. Investigation to continue.

•Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 64, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle towed; report filed.

•700 block of Onondaga Street, follow-up. Patrol spoke with a male, 17. Report filed; patrol cleared.

•4000 block of Creek Road, fraud complaint. Patrol spoke with a male, 55, concerning fraudulent charges to his debit card. Report filed.

•300 block of South Seventh Street, check situation. Patrol spoke with a female, 68, regarding possible stolen mail. Investigation to continue.

•800 block of Lake Road, Porter, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a mother-daughter domestic dispute. Call handled.

•4100 block of Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter Middle School, juvenile problem. Resolved by patrol.

•Niagara University campus, accident, hit-run. Statement taken from driver of vehicle No. 1; vehicle No. 2 left scene. Report filed.

5800 block of West Street, juvenile problem. Patrol spoke with a female concerning two juveniles. One juvenile suspect (unidentified) issued juvenile appearance tickets for criminal mischief, fourth, and endangering the welfare of a child. Child Protective Services to be notified. Report filed.

•West Street Elementary School, suspicious vehicle. Patrol sent on its way.

Friday, Jan. 18

•Niagara University campus, O'Shea Hall, intoxicated female. Female, 18, listed as overdosed/intoxicated, taken to EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center by Upper Mountain EMS.

•1900 block of Main Street, assist. LPD K-9 Unit on location with Niagara Falls Police Department for a narcotics search.

•Indian Hill Road, one vehicle accident. Statement taken from driver. Vehicle towed and MV forms issued. Report filed.

•Indian Hill Road, two calls, vehicle in ditch. Owners secured tows.

•1800 block of Saunders Settlement Road, check 911 call. All secure; no one home.

•North Fourth Street, bad check complaint. Patrol made contact with suspect, who agreed to pay bill. All OK; report filed.

•Colonial Village Park, criminal mischief. Plate number logged; investigation to continue.

•4300 block of Dickersonville Road, suspicious person. Patrol checked area; no interview requested. Negative results on search reported; patrol cleared.

•Academy Park ice rink, assist EMS. Lewiston No. 1 on scene for transport.

•LPD office, follow-up to previous incident. Male, 23, arrested on a charge of making a punishable false written statement. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

Saturday, Jan. 19

•NU campus, unwanted person. Male removed from campus per campus safety.

•NU campus, intoxicated person. Male, 18, taken to Mount St. Mary's EM-Star by Upper Mountain EMS.

•4600 block of Perry Court, alarm response. Call avoidable; homeowner on site.

•2800 block of Niagara Street, fraud complaint. Statement taken from a male, 20, regarding bank fraud use of a credit card.

•1000 block of Brookside Drive, suspicious vehicle. Caller reported a green Ford Escort observed in the area.

•4600 block of Washington Drive, sex offense complaint. Statement taken from a female, 19, regarding a male suspect, 22.

•5700 block of Tuscarora Road, unwanted person. Patrol reported a male uncooperative. NCSO to do report.

•Upper Mountain Road, eastbound, reckless driver. Caller reported a 1990s era Buick, dark green eastbound on the reservation. Area checked; vehicle GOA.

•Center Street-Academy Park, arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 21, for unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•NU campus, Dwyer lot, larceny from vehicle. Statement taken from a male, 20. Report filed.

Sunday, Jan. 20

•1000 block of Saunders Settlement Road, one vehicle injury accident. Statement taken from the driver; report filed.

•4900 block of Susies Lane, burglary. Statement taken from a male, 42. Report filed.

•Lewiston Road and Hyde Park Boulevard, vehicle/traffic stop. Female, 22, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, second. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court and driver released to a third party. Vehicle towed. Report filed.

•Addresses on the 8900 block of Porter Road, Town of Niagara, 1100 block of Ridge Road, the 300 block of South Eighth Street and the 4500 block of Simmons Road, separate alarm responses. First call LPD assisted Town of Niagara Police on an open door complaint and conducted a K-9 search of the building. All other calls secure and handled.

•NU campus, assault. Statement taken from a male, 16, listed as complainant regarding an earlier incident at the Kenan Center. Male treated at Mount St. Mary's. Male, 16, arrested from incident and issued appearance ticket to Lewiston Town Court.

•100 block of Tuscarora Street, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a male concerning damage to a vehicle by a male suspect. Investigation to continue.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, follow-up. Appearance ticket issued to an unidentified suspect from a previous incident. Report filed.

•University Drive, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 43, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court and vehicle secured on site. Report filed.

•4200 block of Ransomville Road, check welfare. Statement taken from a male, 40, concerning an infant. Female, 23, listed as a person involved. Infant OK.
