The following activity occurred Monday, Oct. 22, to Sunday, Oct. 28, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 98 responses during this period.

Monday, Oct. 22

•2200 block of School House Road, suspicious vehicle. Patrol checked area with negative results.

•Saunders Settlement Road, Niagara-Wheatfield School District, larceny. Tank-less water heater taken from a work site. Report filed.

•900 block of Pletcher Road, harassment. Party advised on harassment issue.

•900 block of Onondaga Street, domestic. Female, 22, listed as complainant and male, 36, listed as person involved. Verbal only. Domestic Incident Report and patrol's report both filed.

Tuesday, Oct. 23

•Ridge and Model City roads, two-car accident. Statements taken from the drivers; one vehicle towed. MV form issued; report filed.

•4400 block of Lower River Road, mental health response. Female, 68, taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center via Rural Metro.

•500 block of Center Street, criminal mischief/larceny. Statement taken from a male; report filed.

•Bond Lake Park, property check. Patrol reported a cement barricade at the rear west entrance to the park was moved; otherwise nothing unusual. County parks-DPW notified.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, larceny at a gas/convenience business. Statement taken from a male, 27, who reported a female, 47, attempted to leave the store with multiple items.

•4500 block of Cleveland Avenue, Niagara Falls, assist. LPD on location with Niagara Falls Police Department for a search warrant and K-9 narcotics search.

•2500 block of Saunders Settlement Road, possible overdose. Sanborn Volunteer Fire Co. on location; subject, unidentified, taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center via Rural Metro.

Wednesday, Oct. 24

•900 block of Pletcher Road, AED response. Female, 61, not breathing. Subject transported to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center.

•Niagara University campus, unwanted party. Subject told to leave; not allowed on campus property.

•NU campus, Eagle Circle, two-car accident. Statements taken from both drivers; one vehicle towed. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement Road and Hewitt Drive, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 34, cited for operating while registration is suspended/revoked. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•2600 block of Upper Mountain Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 50, arrested for facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and speed in zone. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 27, arrested for facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and operating while registration is suspended/revoked. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

Thursday, Oct. 25

•5900 block of Garlow Road, domestic. Male, 41, listed as complaint, and male, 16, listed as a suspect. Charges to follow.

•Upper Mountain and Walmore roads, motorcycle accident with injuries. Statements taken from the drivers; both transported to Erie County Medical Center. Cycles secured; report filed.

•4700 block of Model City Road, follow-up. LPD assisted Amherst Police Department on a larceny.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, counterfeit currency at a gas/convenience business, involving a $100 bill. Male, 51, listed as a suspect. Property receipt issued.

•Center Street, larceny at a business. Patrol determined no charges occurred and suspect released.

•900 block of Center Street, vehicle fire. Vehicle towed from scene.

•1800 block of Ridge Road, citizen assist. Patrol reported a possible violation of an order of protection.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, follow-up. Male, 16, placed under arrest for criminal mischief, fourth; and harassment, second. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Paddock Lane, suspicious vehicle. All OK; resident requests additional patrols at night.

Friday, Oct. 26

•100 block of Water Street, suspicious vehicle. Driver, unidentified, cited for operating out of class. Uniform traffic ticket issued.

•NU campus, overdose. Female, 20, taken to Mount St. Mary's EM-Star by Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. EMS.

•Oxbow Lane and North Eighth Street, water main break. Village DPW notified.

•400 block of Fort Gray Drive, suspicious person. All OK.

•Location not specified, vehicle-traffic stop. Male, 22, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, third, and operation while registration is suspended/revoked. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle towed. Report filed.

•5800 block of Griffin Street, harassment. Male complainant states the girlfriend's mother won't stop bugging him.

•Saunders Settlement and Bridgman roads, check welfare. Female complainant, 16, reports a male suspect, 16, was following her in a white Monte Carlo. Patrol located suspect on Buffalo Street in Sanborn and advised him to stop.

Saturday, Oct. 27

•5800 block of West Street, loud party. All OK.

•Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, criminal possession/weapon. Male, 19, cited for criminal possession of a weapon, fourth. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Lewiston-Queenston bridge, agency assist. Patrol reports unidentified driver cited for no seat belt. Uniform traffic ticket issued.

•Black Nose Spring Road, property damage accident-arrest. Patrol reports unidentified driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated. State Police on location.

•5800 block of West Street, loud music. Patrol advised to keep the noise down.

•1000 block of Swann Road, two reports of hit-runs. First call, no information; second call both drivers listed.

•100 block of Water Street, loud party. Parties advised.

Sunday, Oct. 28

•100 block of Water Street, loud party. Male, 57, listed as complainant and male, 40, listed as person involved. Patrol reports the party did appear loud; person involved advised. Report filed.

•4700 block of Lower River Road, prowler complaint. All OK.

•Lewiston Road, NYPA, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest. Male, 22, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Uniform traffic tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle secured. Report filed.

•300 block of North Ninth Street, custody dispute. Male, 58, listed as complainant and female, 31, listed on call. No further details.

•Ridge Road at Route 429, disabled vehicle. Patrol reported a blue Hyundai approximately 600 feet off roadway stuck in mud. Towing service unable to remove. Tow occupants taken by patrol to a North Tonawanda address. Tow attempted again in morning.

•4200 block of Burch Road, domestic. LPD assisted State Police on the call.
