The following activity occurred Monday, Oct. 1, to Sunday, Oct. 7, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 101 response calls during this period.

Monday, Oct. 1

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, area check. Gas leak reported. National Fuel notified.

•1300 block of Ridge Road, Lewiston Town Hall, disorderly conduct. Male on location giving a clerk a hard time. Subject gone on arrival.

•Saunders Settlement and Chew roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 24, cited for operation while the license is suspended/revoked; aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle secured. Report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Female, 40, cited for operation while registration is suspended/revoked. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle secured; report filed.

•4600 block of Washington Drive, domestic. Female, 18, and male, 25, listed as persons involved. Domestic Incident Report filed.

•3100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, harassment. LPD on location with State Police on a harassment call in progress.

•Upper Mountain Road and Bronson Drive, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a female for aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Suspect released on uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle towed. Report filed.

Tuesday, Oct. 2

•1700 block of Swann Road, juvenile problem/UUMV. Male, 67, reported a juvenile suspect took his vehicle out for a drive. Charges pending in family court.

•900 block of Pletcher Road, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a female, 28, suspect unknown. Complainant reported three tires slashed on her vehicle overnight. Investigation to continue. Report filed.

•5300 block of Walmore Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; report filed.

•Upper Mountain and Andover roads, warrant execution. Male, 21, placed under arrest on a warrant from Wilson Town Court and remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office.

•500 block of Bronson Drive, neighbor problem. Statement taken from a female, 48, regarding a male suspect, 48. Report filed.

•100 block of Chestnut Street, Youngstown, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a physical domestic. LPD, on a subsequent reckless driver response, located the driver on the 800 block of Onondaga Street and resolved the issue.

•Upper Mountain and Military roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 29, cited for operation while registration or privilege is suspended or revoked. Driver released on uniform traffic ticket to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Upper Mountain and Military roads, two car accident/hit-run. Statement taken from driver No. 1; vehicle No. 2 a 2010 Jeep Wrangler, left scene. Plate number logged. Patrol reported an ongoing investigation. Report filed.

•4600 block of Washington Drive, aggravated harassment. Patrol advised both parties to cease contact with each other.

Wednesday, Oct. 3

•700 block of Center Street, burglary. Statement taken from a female; male suspect listed.

•Military Road, attempt to locate intoxicated male. All OK.

•Academy Park, check welfare. Male, 62, taken by Rural Metro on a mental health response.

•4900 block of Creek Road, EMS response-overdose. Male, 23, taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center.

•400 block of Kenwood Drive, property dispute. All OK, party left.

•Lewiston Hill Road, check situation, male lying on the ground. Patrol spoke to the subject and sent him on his way.

Thursday, Oct. 4

•West and Elm streets, Sanborn, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 25, for unlawful possession of marijuana. Uniform traffic tickets (unspecified) issued to suspect and vehicle towed with no hold. Report filed.

•Locations on Creek and Ridge roads and Upper Mountain Road and Susies Lane, separate two-vehicle accidents. Statements taken from all drivers. No charges and one vehicle towed. Reports filed.

•2200 block of Ridge Road, possible overdose. Unidentified subject taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital.

•1800 block of Saunders Settlement Road, possible suicide. Female, 22, left residence. Investigation to continue and paperwork prepared for mental health response. Female located at a Niagara Falls motel and taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•2500 block of Ridge Road, car-mailbox accident. Unknown vehicle fled scene eastbound.

Friday, Oct. 5

•Center Street and Portage Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 26, for driving while intoxicated. Breath testing refused. Suspect issued uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court and released to his father. Vehicle towed. Report filed.

•500 block of Walmore Road, check situation. Resident reported someone banging on the door. Patrol located a male party next door who reported he was assaulted on Green Road. Subject released to seek EMS assistance and/or press charges.

•1600 block of Upper Mountain Road, harassment. Patrol spoke with a female, 23, regarding a male suspect. Female complainant reported as too intoxicated to file a report and was advised to contact LPD when she sobered up.

•5200 block of Bridlepath Lane, assist citizen. Caller reported problems with a newspaper carrier.

•Mount St. Mary's Hospital, assist.LPD on location with State Police for an unruly male in a first floor hallway.

•5500 block of Walmore Road, larceny. Male, 23, reported his vehicle's windshield was shot out with a shotgun and an inspection sticker was missing.

•800 block of Oriole Lane, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a male, 67, regarding a female suspect. Report filed.

•5400 block of Roberts Street, larceny. Male reported flowers taken from a cemetery.

•Upper Mountain Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 53, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation, third. Suspect issued uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court and vehicle released to a licensed driver. Report filed.

Saturday, Oct. 6

•4800 block of Eddy Drive West, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a male, 23, regarding a male suspect, 64. Suspect placed under arrest on charges of criminal mischief and trespass and issued appearance tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•400 block of Irving Drive, harassment. Statement taken from a male regarding a male suspect, 45. No charges per complainant.

•Green Road, check 911 call. Female, 23, listed as victim and a male, 35, listed as suspect. Male found in violation of a court order and other offenses (unspecified).

•500 block of Townline Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 22, cited for operation while license is suspended/revoked; aggravated unlicensed operation. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•1600 block of Saunders Settlement Road, burglary. Statement taken from a male, 45, regarding an unknown suspect. Patrol reported home as foreclosed and no signs of forced entry. Report filed.

•2600 block of Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop-warrant execution. Male, 35, placed under arrest for controlled substance possession and warrant execution. Suspect remanded to custody of NCSO and vehicle secured.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, larceny. Male, 34, reported the theft of cigarettes from a convenience store. Suspect unknown. Report filed

•4600 block of Washington Drive, harassment. Statement taken from a female, 18, regarding a male suspect, 25. Report filed.

Sunday, Oct. 7

•800 block of Center Street, intoxicated male at a bar/restaurant. Subject taken home by friends.

•200 block of Portage Road, suspicious vehicle. Complainant reported a possible attempt of auto theft from a motel. Report filed.

•100 block of Smith Street, assist EMS. Male, 70, listed as a person involved. Adult Protective Services contacted by patrol as male was found in deplorable living conditions and unable for care for himself. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer EMS transported to Mount St. Mary's EM-Star. Report filed.

•1200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, aggravated harassment. Male, 34, listed as a suspect. Patrol spoke with male who stated he will cease contact.

•3500 block of Ransomville Road, assist. LPD on location with NCSO for a domestic.

•600 block of Sandlewood Road, aggravated harassment. No further details.
