The following activity occurred Monday, July 30, to Sunday, Aug. 5, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 142 response calls during this period.

Monday, July 30

•300 block of Oak Street, Youngstown, arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 18, stemming from an earlier robbery complaint at a supermarket on the 900 block of Center Street. Subject issued appearance tickets to Lewiston Town Court for assault, third. Investigation to continue. Report filed.

•4400 block of Lower River Road, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a male, 59, regarding a broken window. Report filed.

•LPD office, general complaint. Statement taken from a male, 50, who wanted to advise patrol that he felt his wife was going to do "something bad" to him. Patrol advised him to call back if she does.

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, suspicious person. Patrol spoke with a male, 46. Two females, intoxicated reported as GOA.

•Niagara University campus, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a female, 18, who alleged a female, 18, had posted a harassing picture on Twitter. Report filed.

•1900 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard, Town of Tonawanda, warrant execution. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 64; charge not listed. Arraignment at Lewiston Town Court, bail of $1,000 assigned and suspect remanded to custody of Niagara County Sheriff's Office.

Tuesday, July 31

•2300 block of River Road, assist. LPD K-9 unit on location to assist with a possible burglary in progress. Negative results reported.

•400 block of Ridge Street, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a female, 59. Suspect unknown.

•400 block of Center Street, assault complaint at a bar/restaurant. Statement taken from a male, 26. Suspect unknown; investigation to continue.

•Locations on Seneca Street, South First Street, South Eighth and Seneca streets and the 700 block of Cayuga Street, Alcohol Beverage Control violations. Patrol reported the arrests of the following for open container violations: a female, 45; a female, 41; a male, 27; a male, 30; a female, 25; a male, 23; a male, 23 and a male, 23. Appearance tickets issued to all for Lewiston Town Court. Reports filed.

•South Ninth Street, DWI arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of female, no age listed, for driving while intoxicated. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court and 12-hour hold placed on vehicle. Report filed.

•4300 block of Porter Center Road, check welfare; call of a male sitting in the roadway. Patrol located a male, 25, on a bicycle, intoxicated. Subject advised to ride on the shoulder.

•Ridge Road, westbound from Dickersonville Road, reckless driver. Area checked with negative results.

•NU campus area, assist. LPD K-9 unit assisted with a track of a male in possession of a gun who fled south into a field from the student apartments. No further details.

Wednesday, Aug. 1

•200 block of Young Street in Wilson, assist. LPD on location with NCSO on a burglary in progress call at an ice cream stand. Male, 25, from the above check welfare call on Porter Center Road found in the basement. Subject taken to NCSO for an interview.

•Lake Road and Orchard Drive, Youngstown, check welfare. Caller reported female crouching in bushes. Area checked with negative results.

•Locations on the 300 block of South Seventh Street, the 5300 block of Military Road, and the 400 block of Center Street, property damage accidents. Statements taken from all drivers involved. Reports filed.

•5200 block of Walmore Road, check 911 call. Male on location giving the staff a hard time. Subject left without incident.

•200 block of Tuscarora Street, arrest. Male, 19, charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•300 block of South Seventh Street, arrest. Male, 22, charged with littering. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Locations on the 300 block of South Seventh Street, Cayuga and South Eighth streets, South Fourth Street, and South Eighth and Seneca streets, Alcohol Beverage Control violations. Patrol reports the arrests of the following on open container violations: a male, 21; a female, 21; a male, 23; a male, 19; a male, 22; a male, 22; a male, 22; a male, 22; a male, 29; a male, 27; a female, 24 and female, 25. Appearance tickets issued to all for Lewiston Town Court. Reports filed.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, public lewdness arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 26, who was observed urinating on a sidewalk. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•2100 block of Upper Mountain Road, unwanted person. Female left prior to patrol's arrival.

•100 block of Water Street, harassment/trespass. Business owner informed patrol an unknown male who said he would come back with a gun after being told to stay off the property. No descriptions of the suspect. Area checked with negative results.

•300 block of South Seventh Street, trespass. Caller reported Artpark patrons urinating in the homeowner's bushes.

Thursday, Aug. 2

•5000 block of Grove Street, property dispute. Caller reported his soon-to-be ex-wife removed a door to the bedroom. Resolved by patrol.

•Susies Lane, check welfare. Male passed out in a vehicle. Patrol checked and reported all OK.

•Green Road, illegal dumping. Complainant stated an unknown white male attempted to dump garbage. Truck described as a large white pickup with "Mr. Trash" written on its side.

•Lewiston Queenston Bridge, arrests. LPD K-9 conducted a search that resulted in two arrests for unlawful possession of marijuana. Arrested were: a male, 35, and a male, 23, in separate incidents. Appearance tickets issued to both for Lewiston Town Court. Reports filed.

•2100 block of Mount Hope Road, UUMV complaint. Complaint taken from a male, 41; report filed.

Friday, Aug. 3

•Center Street and Portage Road, two-car accident. Statements taken from the drivers. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement and Garlow roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a female on a charge of facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation, first degree. Uniform traffic ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle released to licensed driver. Report filed.

•700 block of Center Street, larceny. Statement taken from a male, 31, regarding tools taken by an unknown suspect. Report filed.

•400 block of Center Street, hit-run. Statement taken from driver of vehicle No. 1; driver No. 2 unknown. Report filed.

•1800 block of Ridge Road, juvenile problem. Patrol reported receiving an anonymous complaint of underage drinking. Patrol reported the arrests of a male, 18; a male, 20; a male, 20; and a male, 18. Three issued appearance tickets for Lewiston Town Court; one remanded to custody of NCSO. Report filed.

•Riverview Drive at Lower River Road, K-9 search. LPD K-9 unit assisted Youngstown Police with a narcotics search of a vehicle.

•1100 block of Jarrett Drive, domestic. Patrol reported a boyfriend-girlfriend domestic. Female, 55, listed as complainant and a male, 58, listed as suspect. Patrol reported the suspect struck the complainant in the face, knocking her unconscious, and then fled the residence. Complainant to pursue charges; warrant requested. Domestic Incident Report filed.

•Whirlpool Street, Niagara Falls, K-9 search. LPD assisted Niagara Falls Police on a K-9 search for a black male suspect reportedly going through cars.

Saturday, Aug. 4

•1800 block of Ridge Road, larceny-burglary. Statements taken from a male, 19, a male, 20, and a male 18. Suspect unknown. Report filed.

•2100 block of Upper Mountain Road, unwanted party. Statement taken from a female, 47. A male, 29, listed as a person involved and female, 23, listed as a suspect. Complainant reports ex-girlfriend was at residence retrieving belongings. Suspect GOA. Patrol cleared.

•1300 block of Upper Mountain Road, larceny at a gas/convenience store. Male complainant 20, reports that drivers of two coach buses purchased $626 worth of diesel fuel and left without paying. Company stated the payment would be remitted via fax. Report filed. Patrol reports being contacted soon after by the store stating that payment had been received and the report was cancelled.

•100 block of Center Street, possible fight. Hotel reported occupants in two rooms having an argument that was escalating. Patrol advised both parties to go to bed or be removed from the hotel.

Sunday, Aug. 5

•Lewiston Road, roadside domestic. Patrol located a vehicle roadside with multiple people exiting and a fight going on among the occupants. Subjects took separate taxis home.

•Lewiston Road, vehicle/traffic stop-arrest, from the above roadside domestic. Patrol reported the arrest of a female, 20, for driving while intoxicated. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle secured; report filed.

•Mount Hope Road, suspicious vehicle. Patrol located a vehicle in a field by the Walmore-Mount Hope roads intersection. Female driver released to her son to be brought home.

•100 block of South Eighth Street, car-building accident. Patrol reported a male, 84, struck the Lewiston post office branch and fled the scene. Subject located and issued uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court for leaving the scene. Report filed.

•500 block of Oxbow Lane, mental health response. Male, 39, taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•2100 block of Upper Mountain Road, burglary. Statement taken from a female, 47. Two females, ages, 23 and 41, listed as suspects. Complainant states suspects were observed on the property. Report filed and warrants requested.

•Route 429, property damage accident-arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 36, for driving while intoxicated. Breath testing refused. Bail of $250 assigned and driver remanded to Niagara County Jail. Report filed.

•Lewiston Queenston Bridge, hit-run. Statement taken from a Texas driver; an Illinois vehicle left the scene. No injuries; report filed.
