New York State Sen. Sean Ryan and Assembly member Bill Conrad are partnering with the American Red Cross to sponsor a pair of January blood drives at the Kenilworth Volunteer Fire Co. No. 1 at 84 Hawthorne Ave., Tonawanda.
The blood drives will take place from 1-6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 5, and noon to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 17. Donors are encouraged to make an appointment by calling 1-800-RED-CROSS, using the American Red Cross blood donor app, or visiting www.RedCrossBlood.org and entering “KenilworthFire” in the “Find a Blood Drive” search box.
Donors at the Jan. 5 drive will receive a Red Cross T-shirt while supplies last, and all donors who participate in either drive will be entered to win a trip for two to Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas. For more details, visit RedCrossBlood.org/SuperBowl.
