VA Western New York Healthcare System will host its annual tree-lighting memorial ceremony in remembrance of veterans and VA staffers who have passed away. The ceremony will take place at 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, at the Buffalo VA Medical Center’s Veterans Park located at 3495 Bailey Ave.
Loved ones of deceased veterans and staff are invited to place an ornament on the remembrance tree.
Healthcare System Director Michael J. Swartz will deliver welcome remarks. Chaplain Sergio I. Daza will lead attendees in prayer.
All are invited to attend the ceremony and view the memorial tree.
