Alternatives to Grand Island EZPass Walk-In Center closing

In the aftermath of the Grand Island EZPass Walk-In Center closing on June 8, Grand Island residents, who need to utilize cash to make payments on their EZPass accounts, have the option of physically going to the New York State Thruway Authority office at 455 Cayuga Drive - Suite 800, Cheektowaga, from noon to 4 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

This is the one alternative that has been put into place by the Thruway Authority, as we adjust to the realities of the lack of local options. You can also make payments online, or mail a check or money order, which should be made out to EZPass to:
