It's going to be a busy week at the Hard Rock Café Niagara Falls, USA, 333 Prospect St. (adjacent to Old Falls Street).

Ringo

Acclaimed rock photographer and Ringo Starr's personal photographer, Rob Shanahan (www.robshanahan.com), hosts a book signing for his first work, "Volume 1: Behind the Lens of Music Photographer Rob Shanahan," at 8 p.m. on Wednesday. Ringo, who performs Thursday and Friday with his All Starr Band at Niagara Fallsview Casino (Niagara Falls, Ontario), wrote the forward to Shanahan's book.

"Volume 1: Behind the Lens of Music Photographer Rob Shanahan" features behind-the-scenes photos of rock's most legendary performers, including Ringo Starr, Keith Richards, Paul McCartney, Tommy Lee and Eddie Van Halen.

'Burger Badge Bash'

Police, firefighters and emergency medical technicians: Rush to Hard Rock Café on Thursday to celebrate the eatery's Founders' Day with the "Burger Badge Bash." The event will honor Niagara Falls' community heroes with a world-famous Hard Rock Legendary Burger for just a badge and "71" (71 cents, 71 pence, 71 kroner or 71 euro cents, etc.).

In 1971, two music-loving Americans founded the first Hard Rock Café in an old Rolls Royce showroom in London, and an icon was born. More than four decades later, Hard Rock celebrates Founders' Day by paying homage to the brand's core mantra "Love all - Serve All."

Hard Rock's "Burger Badge Bash" is offered to community servants, including police, firefighters and emergency medical technicians, in recognition of their dedication and service to the community.

To receive a special-priced Legendary Burger on June 14, civil servants must present proper identification and badge stating their eligible status. The offer is valid only for dining-in and is limited to one item per person. Some restrictions apply.

The "Burger Badge Bash" event begins at 11 a.m.

Wallenda

The Hard Rock Café will host 97 Rock for a VIP party tent on Friday, in conjunction with Nik Wallenda's wirewalk across Niagara Falls. Food and drink specials will be offered from 11 a.m. until midnight. The Hard Rock will have live music and deluxe restrooms for guests.

That night, the Wallenda walk (8 to 11 p.m., ABC) will be televised on a 9-foot-by-12-foot LED screen.

Hard Rock's party is open to the general public.
