The following activity occurred Monday, March 26, to Sunday, April 8, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 182 responses during this period.

Monday, March 26

•500 block of Irving Drive, missing person. Patrol listed a 17-year-old female as missing. Subject later returned home safely.

•5200 block of Chew Road, possible attempted suicide. Patrol reported a male taken for treatment and weapons secured.

•LPD office, larceny complaint. Statement taken from a 44-year-old male; suspect unknown.

Tuesday, March 27

•900 block of Brookside Drive North, domestic. Female listed as a complainant; a 17-year-old male listed as a suspect was placed under arrest. Domestic Incident Report filed.

•300 block of South Seventh Street, burglary of pain medications. Statement taken from a female; suspect unknown.

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, possible harassment. Statement taken from 53-year-old female.

•100 block of North Fourth Street, juvenile problem. Patrol reported two juveniles were detained for unauthorized possession of marijuana. Parents notified and picked up both.

Wednesday, March 28

•5100 block of Townline Road, stolen vehicle. Patrol interviewed a 41-year-old male and listed a 1998 Chevy pickup, color blue, on the call. Report filed.

•1000 block of Swann Road, larceny. Statement taken from a 53-year-old female who reported three males broke into a moneybox in the church and stole its contents. Report filed.

•3600 block of Lutts Road, domestic. LPD assisted NCSO on the call. All secure.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, shoplifter. Patrol reported two juveniles were located and released to their parents. No charges filed per the business.

•North Fifth and Mohawk streets, recovered property. A 45-year-old female reported finding a small bag containing green leafy vegetable matter. Report filed.

•Village of Lewiston area, suspicious vehicle. Patrol reported a Subaru Forrester, color white, had been following a female jogger throughout the village.

•300 block of 70th Street, Niagara Falls, arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 19-year-old male on charges of petit larceny in connection with the Swann Road larceny. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•29th Street and Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of an 18-year-old male on charges of petit larceny in connection with the Swann Road larceny. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

Thursday, March 29

•Locations unspecified, stolen vehicle pursuit. Patrol reported a vehicle stolen from the 5400 block of Bridgeman Road was later located on Upper Mountain Road and Susies Lane. Vehicle pursued on Upper Mountain into nearby woods. Vehicle located via a K-9 track to an address on the 1800 block of Ridge Road. Track of suspects ended at that point. Vehicle secured on site.

•1400 block of Ridge Road, assault. Statement taken from a 39-year-old female. Two juvenile victims and one juvenile suspect also listed on the call. Both victims to be interviewed at a later date.

•Military Road, attempt to locate reckless driver. Driver located on Ridge Road; no problems.

•Addresses on Bridgeman Road, starting from the 5000 block and continuing to the 5500 block, reports of criminal mischief to multiple sheds. Residents reported numerous sheds entered. No damages listed.

•5600 block of Bridgeman Road, larceny. Caller reported Tylenol and Excedrin taken from an unlocked vehicle. Report filed.

•1800 block of Swann Road, suspicious vehicle. Caller reported a vehicle speeding down a farm road. Area checked with negative results.

Friday, March 30

•Niagara University campus, intoxicated male. Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. EMS took a 19-year-old male to EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's.

•5100 block of Bridgeman Road, possible break-in. A male resident reported a possible break-in involving a shed.

•5900 block of Miller Road, domestic. Statement taken from an 18-year-old female regarding a 19-year-old male.

•1500 block of Saunders Settlement Road, property damage accident. State Police on location for a drunk driving arrest. No further details.

Saturday, March 31

•8500 block of Porter Road, Town of Niagara, assist. LPD on location with Town of Niagara Police on a suspicious person call. Unidentified subject reportedly attempted to steal a Chevy S-10 Blazer and fled on foot. Patrol lost tracks as suspect was picked up by a vehicle.

•I-190 at Witmer Road, hit-run. Information taken from driver No. 2, an Ontario motorist. A gray Ford van with New York plates fled the scene. Information given to State Police.

•5800 block of Miller Road, criminal mischief. Statement taken from an 18-year-old female regarding a 19-year-old male listed as a suspect. Call related to an earlier domestic. Male placed under arrest; no further details.

•4800 block of Meyers Hill Road, check situation. Caller reported a loud explosion. Patrol checked with negative results.

Sunday, April 1

•100 block of Portage Road, property damage accident. Vehicle with Ontario plates fled the scene. Vehicle located at Hyde Park Boulevard and Lewiston Road. A 22-year-old female was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Onondaga and North Eighth streets, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a 28-year-old male for driving while intoxicated. Blood alcohol content testing performed; BAC result, .17 of 1 percent. Uniform traffic tickets issued returnable to Lewiston Town Court and vehicle secured. Report filed.

•500 block of Tuscarora Street, custody dispute. Patrol spoke with a 57-year-old female; report filed.

•5300 block of William Street, larceny. Statement taken from a 21-year-old male; report filed.

•5800 block of Garlow Road, counterfeit currency. Statement taken from a 37-year-old female regarding a 29-year-old male.

Monday, April 2

•Military Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Uniform traffic ticket issued; no further details.

•Saunders Settlement Road and Hewitt Drive, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a 26-year-old female for driving while the registration is suspended/revoked. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets returnable to Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle towed. Report filed.

•Bridgeman Road, attempted burglary. Male resident advised patrol that an unknown person attempted to gain entry into a shed.

•LPD office, domestic complaint. Statement taken from a 30-year-old female regarding an incident on the 4800 block of Eddy Drive West. A 25-year-old male was listed; investigation to continue. Domestic incident report and patrol's report both filed.

•900 block of Elliott Drive, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a 59-year-old male; a 47-year-old female was listed on the call. No report at this time.

Tuesday, April 3

•Locations on Military Road and North Hewitt Drive; Saunders Settlement and Kline roads; and on Buffalo Street, separate vehicle/traffic stops. Patrol reported the separate arrests of a 54-year-old male, a 46-year-old female and a 36-year-old female, all on charges of driving while the registration is suspended/revoked. All drivers released on uniform traffic tickets returnable to Lewiston Town Court. Vehicles secured. Reports filed.

•Lewiston and Military roads, property-damage accident. Statements taken from the drivers; no tows. Report filed.

•4800 block of Meyers Hills Road, attempt to locate an explosion. Area checked; nothing showing.

Wednesday, April 4

•5800 block of Kline Road, check welfare. A 34-year-old male reported assorted medical problems. Subject later went to bed.

•North Fourth and Ridge streets, possible fight. Subjects gone on patrol's arrival.

•4800 block of Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter Senior High School, found property. A male reported finding green leafy matter, a pipe and lighter. Property secured by LPD.

•Bond Lake Park, found body. Statement taken from a 61-year-old male who reported a body found at Rainbow Lake in the park. Patrol's report to follow.

•5000 block of Townline Road, mental health response. Female party taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center for an evaluation. Report filed.

Thursday, April 5

•1400 block of Ridge Road, suspicious vehicle. Patrol checked on a vehicle and a bar/restaurant business and reported no problems.

•600 block of Cayuga Street, check welfare. Patrol interviewed a male, age 26, and a female, age 28, and reported no problems.

•4700 block of Jason Court, burglary and standby responses. Patrol interviewed a 55-year-old male who stated a 17-year-old male took his computer. Computer later returned.

•Fourth and Center streets, vehicle/traffic stop-arrests. Patrol reported the arrests of two males, ages 19 and 16, for unauthorized possession of marijuana. Appearance tickets issued, returnable to Lewiston Town Court. Patrol also reports issuing uniform traffic tickets (unspecified) to the driver.

•4100 block of Dickersonville Road, aggravated harassment complaint. Statement taken from a 52-year-old female regarding a male, age 34. Report filed.

Friday, April 6

•Mount St. Mary's ER, check welfare. Staff reports a patient was giving them a hard time. Patrol advised.

•400 block of Meadowbrook Drive, burglary. Statements taken from two males, ages 66 and 45 years old. Unknown persons reportedly gained access to the home sometime overnight. Investigation to continue; report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, two-car accident. Statements taken from both drivers; no injuries or tows. Report filed.

Saturday, April 7

•400 block of Seneca Street, missing person. Statement taken from a male regarding a female, age 54, who left in a vehicle from the address and never made it to an address on the 2800 block of Lake Road. Investigation to continue.

•Upper Mountain and Military roads, intoxicated driver. Niagara County Sheriff's Office located the vehicle and charged an unidentified driver with driving while intoxicated. No further details.

•2100 block of Upper Mountain Road, sexual assault. Statement taken from a female regarding a male suspect (no ages listed). Suspect interviewed and released. Investigation to continue.

•900 block of Center Street, larceny at a supermarket. Statement taken from a female. Investigation to continue.

•600 block of Cayuga Street, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 28-year-old female; report filed.

Sunday, April 8

•Balmer Road, intoxicated driver/vehicle in ditch. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, age 31, for driving while intoxicated. Blood alcohol content testing refused. Vehicle towed.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, fight. Suspect listed as a male, age 26 years old. Suspect reportedly fled on foot prior to patrol's arrival. Patrol reports a window was broken during the fight. Investigation continuing for criminal mischief charges.

•Bond Lake Park, larceny. Patrol interviewed two males ages 16 and 17 and one juvenile male. Clothing and cell phones reportedly taken off a picnic table.

•800 block of Oxbow Lane, animal problem. Caller reported a domesticated Chinese pheasant in the front garden. Animal control officer contacted.

•Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a 50-year-old male for driving with a suspended registration. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court; vehicle secured. Report filed.

•500 block of Oak Run, suspicious vehicle. Patrol reported the arrests of three males, ages 17, 18 and 17. Suspects charged with criminal possession/sale of marijuana, fifth degree; resisting arrest; and obstructing governmental administration, second degree. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court. Suspects turned over to their parents. Investigation to continue; report filed.
