In a surprising twist, the coaches must dismiss one artist from each of their teams in the quarterfinals of "The Voice" Performance shows on NBC. Beginning Monday, April 16, with teams Blake and Christina, the four remaining artists on each team will fight for survival and sing like it's their last opportunity. Coaches Christina Aguilera and Blake Shelton must then decide who among the artists on their respective teams will be dismissed in a heart-pounding instant elimination. Teams Adam and CeeLo will be put through the same test the following week as they take the stage for the quarterfinals.

As previously announced, Blake and Christina will also perform alongside the four artists on their respective teams, and coach Adam Levine joins his band, Maroon 5, in a premiere performance of "Payphone" featuring Wiz Khalifa.

On "The Voice" Elimination Show Tuesday, April 17 (9 p.m.), the competition comes to an end for two more artists. In the third of six Elimination Shows, the artist who receives the most viewer votes on teams Blake and Christina from the previous night's quarterfinal performance show, will be saved and guaranteed a spot in the semifinals. Meanwhile, the bottom two artists on both teams must each perform an additional last chance song. Coaches Christina and Blake will then be put on the spot to save one more member of their team to advance into the Semifinals, thereby eliminating the other artist. By night's end, Blake and Christina will each have their top two artists.

In a special world premiere, "Bieber fever" hits "The Voice" as NBC presents a debut clip from Justin Bieber's new video and latest hit single, "Boyfriend." The teen icon and music ingénue also promises a very special surprise for all "Believers."

British pop-vocal sensation, The Wanted, continue to take the world by storm as they step onto "The Voice" stage to perform. The band's self-titled US debut EP will be available everywhere April 24. This week, the success of its first single, "Glad You Came," established The Wanted as the first boy band to hit No. 1 on Mainstream Top 40 since 1997. Accompanying them will be the artists from Team Blake.
