The following activity occurred Monday, Jan. 16, to Sunday, Jan. 22, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 92 responses during this period.

Monday, Jan. 16

•1000 block of Pletcher Road, suspicious vehicle. Patrol reported a private investigator working in the area.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, neighbor problem. Patrol spoke with a 35-year-old male listed as the complainant and a 41-year-old male listed as the suspect. Both advised and no charges filed.

•Locations on Pletcher Road and the Robert Moses Parkway and the Dwyer Ice Area parking lot on the Niagara University campus, vehicle accidents. Statements taken from all drivers; reports filed.

Tuesday, Jan. 17

•Saunders Settlement and Walmore roads, reckless driver complaint. Patrol checked the area; vehicle gone on arrival.

•1500 block of Mount Hope Road, mental health response. A 29-year-old female was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•Modern Disposal, two separate bad check complaints. Statements taken.

•5400 block of Bridgeman Road, officer requested. Patrol spoke with a 30-year-old female and a 34-year-old male.

•400 block of Creek Road, larceny. Statement taken from a 54-year-old female. Report filed.

•Fourth and Center streets, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from the drivers; reports filed.

Wednesday, Jan. 18

•1800 block of Saunders Settlement Road, unwanted party. Female left prior to patrol's arrival.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, possible harassment. Unfounded; resolved by patrol.

•300 block of South Second Street, check situation/prowler. Patrol spoke with a 46-year-old female and checked the area. All OK.

•4600 block of Creek Road, criminal mischief complaint at an assisted living residence. Statement taken from a 25-year-old female who reported her car was egged while she was working. Report filed.

•1200 block of 15th Street in Niagara Falls, assist. LPD on location with New York State Parole to assist in two arrests on a felony warrant. Narcotics search of the upper and lower units conducted.

•1700 block of Pierce Avenue, Niagara Falls, assist. LPD on location with New York State Parole to execute a felony warrant. Unidentified subject attempted to flee via a back window and was stopped by K-9 unit. Narcotics search conducted of the apartment.

•600 block of Fourth Street, assist. Patrol on location with New York State Parole. Negative results reported.

•1900 block of Main Street, Niagara Falls, assist. LPD on location with Niagara Falls Police Department for a narcotics search.

•600 block of Sandlewood Drive, missing person. Male subject returned home; patrol cleared.

Thursday, Jan. 19

•Lewiston Road, one vehicle injury accident. Female driver taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center by Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. Vehicle secured and MV forms issued. Report filed.

•Locations on Hyde Park Boulevard and University Drive and the 2200 block of Ridge Road, separate vehicle accidents. Statements taken from five drivers involved in three accidents. No injuries; one vehicle towed. Reports filed.

•O'Shea Parking lot, NU campus, vehicle/traffic stop-unauthorized possession of marijuana. Patrol reported a 19-year-old male turned over a small amount of marijuana to be destroyed. Suspect released on vehicle/traffic tickets.

Friday, Jan. 20

•800 block of Center Street, Alcohol Beverage Control violation complaint. Caller stated there were several underage drinkers in a bar/restaurant. Patrol spoke with management; complaint unfounded.

•Locations on Ward Road, in the parking lot of Niagara-Wheatfield High School, and at Center and Sixth streets, vehicle accidents. Statements taken from all drivers. The Ward Road accident involved a Town of Lewiston vehicle; highway superintendent on location. Reports filed.

•200 block of South Second Street, harassment complaint. Statement taken from a 35-year-old female; report filed.

•Upper Mountain and Garlow roads, vehicle-pedestrian injury accident. Statement taken from the driver; two pedestrians taken to Mount St. Mary's. Vehicle towed; report filed.

•Lockport and Ward roads, ATV problem. Patrol checked area with negative results.

Saturday, Jan. 21

•NU campus, Clet Hall, alcohol overdoses. Two individuals taken to EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's for treatment.

•400 block of Third Street, Niagara Falls, Alcohol Beverage Control violation. LPD attempted an ABC referral on a bar. No one on location; information to be gathered.

•Locations on Center and North Ninth streets, the 500 block of Pletcher Road, and the 4600 block of Creek Road, separate vehicle accidents. Statements taken from five drivers involved. No injuries; one vehicle towed.

•Lewiston Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a 26-year-old male for aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic tickets issued with Lewiston Town Court return date and driver released. Vehicle towed; report filed.

•300 block of Roosevelt Avenue, larceny. Complainant reported items stolen from a vehicle; report filed.

•5000 block of Marywood Drive, suspicious vehicle. White Ford van located; plate number logged and unspecified uniform traffic tickets issued.

•400 block of Third Street in Niagara Falls. Follow-up on Alcohol Beverage Control violation. Business not open.

•5400 block of Bridgeman Road, husband-wife domestic. Statement taken from a 31-year-old female listed as the complainant/victim. A 34-year-old male listed as the suspect left the scene. Report filed.

•3000 block of Shenk Road, arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 34-year-old male from the above domestic response and a charge of first-degree criminal contempt. Suspect arraigned at Lewiston Town Court and released on his own recognizance. Report filed.

Sunday, Jan. 22

•NU campus, Eagle Circle and at O'Shea Hall, separate alcohol overdoses. Both subjects taken by Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. to Mount St. Mary's EM-Star for treatment.

•400 block of Third Street in Niagara Falls, ABC referral follow-up. Information gathered and investigation to continue.

•Lewiston Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a 21-year-old female for driving while intoxicated. Blood alcohol content testing refused. Appearance tickets issued for Lewiston Town Court and reports filed.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, report of a fight at a bar/restaurant. Subjects left prior to patrol's arrival.

•2000 block of Langdon Road, snowmobile complaint. Patrol spoke with a 48-year-old male regarding an unknown grey snowmobile.

•800 block of Oneida Street, possible burglary in progress. Patrol checked the area and residence and reported all secure.

•4500 block of Washington Drive, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a 23-year-old female listed as a victim regarding a 22-year-old male suspect. Report filed.

•4600 block of Creek Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a 22-year-old female listed as the victim regarding a 46-year-old female suspect. Report filed.
