The Town and Village of Lewiston Republican Committee reports it is now seeking candidates for two positions on the Village of Lewiston Board of Trustees.
A village trustee is a part-time paid position with a four-year term. Interested parties should forward a cover letter and resume to Rob Nichols, chairman, Lewiston GOP, 471 Aberdeen Road, Lewiston, NY 14092. All interested parties will be interviewed.
The GOP is also seeking new members and/or volunteers who are interested in politics and working during this year's campaign season.
"Besides the Village Board election, our committee will be providing support for state, U.S. Senate and presidential candidates," Nichols said.
