Niagara Hospice staff will present a Caregiver Empowerment workshop on Friday, Jan. 27, from 2 until 3 p.m. at the Niagara Hospice Resource Center in the Ulrich City Centre, 175 Walnut St., Suite 4., Lockport. The workshop's objective is to help make caring for a loved one less stressful and more meaningful for caregivers.
Registration is required. Call the Niagara Hospice Outreach Department at 280-0777.
For more information and a listing of other education groups offered by Niagara hospice, visit www.NiagaraHospice.org. Trained professionals facilitate all Niagara Hospice groups, and all members of the community are welcome, whether or not they have experienced hospice care.
