The following activity occurred Monday, Oct. 31 to Sunday, Nov. 6, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 119 calls during this period.

Monday, Oct. 31

•Robert Moses Parkway northbound at Ridge Road overpass, car-deer accident. Statement taken from the driver. One passenger taken to Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center by Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS. Report filed.

•Niagara University campus, two-car accident. Statements taken from the drivers. No injuries or tows; MV forms issued. Report filed.

•Saunders Settlement Road at West Street, animal problem. Call handled by Niagara County Sheriff's Office; unable to locate.

•700 block of Center Street, larceny. Statement taken from a 75-year-old female who reported that unknown person(s) stole hubcaps off her 2006 Cadillac. Report filed.

•800 block of Cayuga Street, fight. Patrol reported a juvenile suspect was involved. Appearance ticket for Lewiston Town Court issued. All parties refused medical attention. Report filed.

•900 block of Mohawk Street, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a 40-year-old female who reported a threatening voicemail left on a cell phone by an unknown male and an unknown phone number.

•100 block of North Fourth Street, suspicious person. Patrol checked the area on a call of person(s) looking into cars, with negative results.

•Mount Hope Road, vehicle check. Patrol listed an 18-year-old male as a suspect and a 17-year-old male as a person involved. Unspecified uniform traffic tickets issued to the suspect. Report filed.

•2100 block of Langdon Road, aggravated harassment. Patrol spoke with both parties; report filed.

Tuesday, Nov. 1

•NU campus, theft of services. Patrol spoke with both parties involved. Cab fare paid; patrol cleared.

•Mount St. Mary's Hospital ER, intoxicated male. Patrol spoke with the individual; all OK.

•1800 block of Saunders Settlement Road, larceny. Complainant reported unspecified items taken from a car. Report filed.

•600 block of Cayuga Street, assisted citizen. Patrol reports the complainant needed help with a stove.

•Locations on the 900 block of River Road, the 1100 block of Ridge Road, the 700 block of The Circle, and the 1300 block of Ridge Road, Lewiston Town Hall, separate alarm responses. All locations secure. Patrol cleared all calls.

•5500 block of Walmore Road, criminal mischief complaint. Statement taken from a female who reported an unknown person shot at a window with a pellet gun. Report filed.

•Center Street and Portage Road, two-vehicle accident. Statements taken from both drivers; no injuries or tows and MV forms issued. Report filed.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, suspicious person at a bank branch. Area checked with negative results.

•Town of Lewiston Court, warrant execution. Patrol reported the arrest of a 38-year-old male; charge(s) not specified. Suspect arraigned and released on his recognizance. Report filed.

•4600 block of Lower River Road, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from an 18-year-old female regarding a 17-year-old female. Report filed.

Wednesday, Nov. 2

•300 block of Niagara Street, unwanted party. Statement taken from a 43-year-old female regarding a 44-year-old male. Patrol unable to contact the suspect. Report filed.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, check welfare. Statement taken from a 39-year-old female regarding a 32-year-old male. Investigation to continue.

•Locations at Model City and Ridge roads, the 900 block of Ridge Road, and Creek Road Extension and Walker Drive, separate reports of two-vehicle accidents. Statements taken from all drivers involved. One vehicle towed from the Creek Road accident. Reports filed.

•5800 block of Pearl Street, harassment complaint. Statement taken from a 39-year-old female regarding a 43-year-old male. Report filed.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, Domestic Incident Report. Patrol spoke with a 39-year-old female regarding a male. DIR completed and filed.

•5300 block of Military Road, larceny. Statement taken from a 60-year-old female. Report filed.

Thursday, Nov. 3

•2600 block of Saunders Settlement Road, property damage. Caller reported unknown party ran over a mailbox. No report wished at this time.

•100 block of North Seventh Street, unwanted party. Statement taken from a 46-year-old male; report filed.

•900 block of Elliott Drive, property damage. Statement taken from a 63-year-old male who reported an unknown vehicle struck a mailbox. Report filed.

•5900 block of Chew Road, dog bite/EMS response. A 56-year-old male was listed as a victim; subject taken for treatment by Tri-Community ambulance.

•100 block of Ridge Road, neighbor problem. Patrol spoke with a 55-year-old male and a 50-year-old female.

•700 block of Fairchild Place, possible fraud. Statement taken from a 75-year-old male regarding a male suspect.

•700 block of Legacy Drive, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 36-year-old male; investigation to continue.

•5100 block of Country Club Trail aggravated harassment. Female complainant reports receiving anonymous threatening phone calls from an unknown suspect.

Friday, Nov. 4

•Creek and Pletcher roads, traffic stop. A 21-year-old female was listed as intoxicated; no DWI reported. Vehicle towed and 12-hour hold placed.

•NU campus, intoxicated female. Female taken by Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. for treatment; no incident reported.

•Blamer Road, attempt to locate. Patrol reported negative results on its search for a red Ford Blazer.

•Locations on the 2900 block of Myers Hill Road and Indian Hill Road, reports of one and two-vehicle accidents. Statements taken from all drivers; no injuries or tows. Patrol reported issuing a uniform traffic ticket, unspecified, to the driver in the Myers Hill Road accident. Reports filed.

•4300 block of Witmer Road, assist. Patrol on location with State Police for a traffic stop where two passengers fled the scene.

•5100 block of Country Club Trail, aggravated harassment. No report wished.

•1000 block of Ridge Road, harassment. Patrol reported ongoing neighbor problems on both sides.

•4700 block of Creek Road, custody problem. Caller reported the mother as refusing to pick up a child.

•4900 block of Black Nose Spring Road, larceny of a debit card. Statement taken from a 39-year-old female. Report filed.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, check welfare. Patrol spoke with a 46-year-old female. Report filed.

•2400 block of Upper Mountain Road, gas drive-off. Statement taken from a 22-year-old male; suspect unknown. Report filed.

•5800 block of Buffalo Street, suspicious person. All OK.

•300 block of South Second Street, larceny. Female victim reported $648.01 in unauthorized charges on a credit card. Report filed.

Saturday, Nov. 5

•4200 block of Calkins Road, property damage accident. Patrol reported damage to the lawn and trees; vehicle left the scene. Plate number of involved vehicle logged. Patrol located vehicle at an address on the 700 block of Pletcher Road. A 56-year-old female was listed on the call. Patrol on later follow-up reports advising parties involved.

•NU campus, separate EMS responses. First call involved an 18-year-old male at O'Shea Hall with a hand injury. Subject taken by Upper Mountain EMS to Mount St. Mary's Hospital for treatment. Second call involved a 19-year-old male at O'Shea Hall, listed as intoxicated. Subject taken by Upper Mountain EMS to Mount St. Mary's Hospital for treatment. Third call involved a 20-year-old male at O'Shea Hall, listed as intoxicated and irate. Subject taken by Upper Mountain EMS to Mount St. Mary's Hospital for treatment. Patrol assisted in transport.

•Mount St. Mary's assist/unwanted party. Caller reported an irate male disturbing staff and patients. Subject handled by patrol.

•Hyde Park Boulevard, property-damage accident. Statement taken from driver No. 1; no injuries and vehicle towed. The other vehicle left the scene. Report filed.

•100 block of Center Street, criminal mischief. Statement taken from an 18-year-old male who reported windows smashed out on a vehicle. Report filed.

•5100 block of Country Club Trail, aggravated harassment. Patrol spoke with a 60-year-old female regarding an ongoing issue. Patrol advised the other party to stop calling.

•Lewiston-Queenston bridge, mental health response. Patrol reported Rural Metro took a 31-year-old female to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center. An involved vehicle reported as stolen out of North Carolina was secured. Report filed.

•5200 block of Lewiston Road, larceny at a nursing home facility. Statements taken from two females. Report filed.

Sunday, Nov. 6

•Creek and Swann roads, car-deer accident. No report taken; patrol dispatched the deer.

•5900 block of Ward Road, domestic. NCSO handled the call; patrol checked the area for a male with negative results.

•800 block of Youngstown-Lockport Road, assist/attempt to locate. LPD assisted State Police on an attempt to locate a SUV that was linked to a fight. Negative results reported.

•South Eighth and Cayuga streets, vehicle check/DWI. Patrol reported the arrest of a 26-year-old male for driving while intoxicated. Vehicle towed and 12-hour hold placed; no further details on arrest. Report filed.

•Center Street, intoxicated male. Subject released to his friends.

•NU campus, intoxicated female. Subject taken for treatment.

•200 block of North Third Street, harassment complaint. Patrol spoke with a female; another female was listed as a person involved. Patrol advised to cease contact.

•5100 block of Country Club Trail, aggravated harassment. Patrol spoke with a 45-year-old female; another female listed as a person involved. Patrol advised to cease contact.

•Garlow and Stolz roads, neighbor problem. Patrol reports the neighbor agreed to stop using a leaf blower.
