The following activity occurred Monday, Oct. 10, to Sunday, Oct. 16, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. A total of 82 calls were logged by LPD during this period.

Monday, Oct. 10

•700 block of Raymond Drive, suspicious person. Caller reported an unknown person ringing doorbells and fleeing. Area checked and cleared by patrol.

•1600 block of Saunders Settlement Road, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 75-year-old male who reported finding three windows broken over the weekend. Report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, unwanted person at a business. Patrol reported a white male left the scene prior to its arrival.

•100 block of South Seventh Street, alarm response. Apartment secure; no key holder on location.

•5200 block of Walmore Road, ATV problem. Caller reported ATVs in roadway; vehicles gone on patrol's arrival.

•200 block of South First street, suspicious package. Caller reported receiving a suspicious box delivered from UPS. Patrol advised to return it back.

Tuesday, Oct. 11

•4000 block of Creek Road, Lewiston-Porter High School, arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 17-year-old male for unauthorized possession of marijuana. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•4500 block of Washington Drive, stolen vehicle. Statement taken from a 43-year-old male who reported a gold Ford Windstar taken overnight. Report filed.

•LPD office, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 25-year-old male who reported a vehicle keyed in the EM-Star parking lot of Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center. Report filed.

•4100 block of Seneca Parkway, larceny. Statement taken from an 18-year-old male regarding a juvenile suspect. Investigation to continue.

•3800 block of Ransomville Road, assist. Patrol on location with Niagara County Sheriff's Office on a suspicious person call. Subject found to be the landlord retrieving property.

•5900 block of Kline Road, domestic. Patrol listed a 33-year-old female as a victim and a 30-year-old female as a suspect.

•5600 block of Walmore Road, accident with an animal. Statements taken from a 57-year-old male and a 58-year-old female. Dog dispatched by patrol at the request of its owner. Report filed.

Wednesday, Oct. 12

•2500 block of Upper Mountain Road, burglary in progress. Patrol reported NCSO handled the call. Vehicle listed as a late 1990's Dodge Status, dark purple in color with no hubcaps. Occupants listed as a male driver in his 40s and a male passenger in his teens.

•900 block of Elliott Drive, larceny. Statement taken from a 54-year-old female who reported the theft of two sets of golf clubs and a GPS unit from her car sometime over the last week. Report filed.

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, neighbor problem. Issue resolved by patrol.

•Water Street, two-car accident. Statements taken from both drivers. No injuries or tows and MV forms issued. Report filed.

•Locations on Steele Circle and the 5900 block of Kline Road, patrol's follow-up to a earlier larceny complaint on Seneca Parkway. No further details.

Thursday, Oct. 13

•5300 block of Military Road, Mount St. Mary's Hospital, intoxicated person. Subject admitted to the ER by hospital nursing staff.

•5300 block of West Street, injury accident. Statement taken from the driver; the other vehicle was parked.

•Locations on Dickersonville Road and on the 2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, reports of one- and two-car accidents. Driver on first call taken to Mount St. Mary's; vehicle secured and MV form issued. Second call, no injuries or tows and MV forms issued. Reports filed.

•5800 block of Ward Road, stolen vehicle. Statement taken from a 37-year-old male; a 49-year-old male was listed as a victim. Patrol reported a 2002 Chevy was stolen  from an auto repair shop parking lot overnight. Report filed.

•400 block of Center Street, fraud. Statement taken from a 48-year-old female regarding fraudulent charges in the amount of $2,600 that were applied to her business account. Report filed.

•2100 block of Printup Road, recovery-stolen vehicle. Statement taken from a 63-year-old male regarding a recovered vehicle that was secured for processing by Niagara Falls Police Department.

•5000 block of Walmore Road, unwanted party. Male left without incident; call cleared.

•300 block of Howard Drive, Youngstown, mental health call. Patrol assisted NCSO; individual voluntarily taken for treatment.

Friday, Oct. 14

•Niagara University campus, overdose. Patrol reported underage individuals in an intoxicated state from a Niagara Falls bar. Subjects taken by Lewiston No. 2 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS to Mount St. Mary's Hospital.

•Saunders Settlement and Mayflower roads, suspicious person. Caller reported a male wearing a black and red jacket looking into backyards. Patrol checked; subject GOA.

•Locations on Saunders Settlement Road and on Military Road, reports of two-car and one car property damage accidents. Statements taken from all drivers; no injuries or tows. Reports filed.

•Chew Road, report of a reckless driver heading northbound. Driver located on Upper Mountain Road; no problems found.

•5100 block of Walmore Road, criminal mischief. Patrol reported three mailboxes were struck by a white pickup found to be stolen. Investigation to continue.

•Unspecified location, assist. Patrol on scene with NCSO on a foot chase of subject(s) involved in a stolen vehicle pursuit of a 2002 Chevy taken from a Ward Road auto repair parking area. A 34-year-old male was taken by patrol for NCSO.

Saturday, Oct. 15

•4600 block of Creek Road, criminal mischief to a vehicle. Statement taken from a 25-year-old female; report filed.

•Niagara University, Seton Hall, intoxicated males. Two males, ages 18 and 19 years old, were listed. Both taken by Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. EMS to Mount St Mary's Hospital.

•Locations on the 1200 block of Pletcher Road and 2800 block of Saunders Settlement Road, reports of car-deer and two-car accidents. Statements taken from all drivers involved. One vehicle towed on the second report. Report filed.

•5800 block of Miller Road, burglary. Statement taken from a 49-year-old male regarding an ATV taken from a shed. NSCO Crime ID unit responded. Investigation ongoing.

•2200 block of Mount Hope Road, recovered stolen vehicle. Patrol reported the recovery of a gold Ford Windstar taken earlier from a Washington Drive address. Vehicle towed.

•Water Street, Ridge Street areas, possible intoxicated driver. Both areas checked with negative results.

Sunday, Oct. 16

•1000 block of Elliott Drive, loud party. Patrol spoke with a 50-year-old female; report filed.

•1000 block of Elliott Drive, suspicious person. Suspect located by State Police and released to parents.

•NU campus area, possible intoxicated driver/vehicle per NU Campus Safety. Plate number logged, patrol unable to locate.

•2300 block of Upper Mountain Road, stolen vehicle. Statement taken from a 27-year-old male regarding a white van reportedly stolen overnight. Plate number logged; report filed.

•LPD office, custody dispute. Statement taken from a 35-year-old female regarding a 41-year-old male. Report filed.

•300 block of Niagara Street, criminal mischief. Statement taken from a 43-year-old female regarding a 42-year-old male. Report filed.

•3000 block of Lincoln Street, follow-up. Patrol investigating an injury accident on the 5300 block of Walmore Road reported charging an unidentified driver with leaving the scene. Appearance ticket issued for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.
