The temperatures were extreme and the crowds thin at the annual Youngstown Yacht Club Level Regatta kick-off Street Dance, Thursday evening on Main Street in Youngstown. But those that ventured out in the 94-degree temperatures did find the atmosphere festive. Activities included dancing in the street to the sounds of the Jerry Andres Band and Friends, Level regalia sales and assorted foods and refreshments. The Level runs this weekend out on Lake Ontario.
