On Friday, Feb. 4, the Emmy Award-winning syndicated series "The Doctors" (check local listings) offers viewers a healthy companion to their Super Bowl experience with New York Yankees Catcher Jorge Posada and ESPN analyst/former Pittsburgh Steelers running back Merril Hoge.

Posada and his wife, Laura, authors of "Fit Home Team," demonstrate healthy alternatives to Super Bowl fan favorite foods. Hoge discusses important safety tips in contact sports and cheerleading, as well as the prevention of head injuries.

Dr. Travis Stork gets first-hand experience as a team doctor, while shadowing the Duke University Men's Basketball Team physician. And, Dr. Andrew Ordon revisits his days as a ringside boxing doctor also known as a "cut-man."
