The following occurred from Monday, Jan. 3, to Sunday, Jan. 9, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. A total of 54 calls were answered by LPD during this period.

Monday, Jan. 3

•200 block of North Fifth Street, domestic. Statement taken from a 23-year-old female and a 21-year-old female regarding a 27-year-old male suspect. Patrol reported the arrest of the suspect. No further details. Report filed.

•5000 block of Susies Lane, burglary. Statement taken from a 20-year-old female and a 38-year-old male listed as the victim. Report filed.

•Route 429, one-car accident. Statement taken from the driver; report filed.

•700 block of Center Street, two-car accident in a parking lot. Statements taken from both drivers. Report filed.

•4600 block of Model City Road, animal problem. Raccoon dispatched behind the house.

•900 block of Upper Mountain Road, officer requested. Patrol spoke with a 66-year-old female; call handled.

•4700 block of Stacy Drive, AED call. EMS responders on location; no further details.

Tuesday, Jan. 4

•5400 block of Buffalo Street, domestic. Patrol reported Niagara County Sheriffs on location; no domestic found.

•2100 block of Mount Hope Road, assist. Sanborn Volunteer Fire Co. on location. EMS for transport to EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center.

•4700 block of Stacy Drive, check-the-welfare/Are You OK? response. Party reported in the hospital.

•Center and Seventh streets, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a 28-year-old female for third degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Uniform traffic tickets issued with return date for Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, counterfeit currency. Statement taken from a 49-year-old male and a counterfeit $20 U.S. bill seized and secured. Receipt issued.

•5200 block of Townline Road, lost property. Patrol spoke with a 52-year-old male who reported his wheel chair fell out of his truck while driving to Niagara Falls. Report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, follow-up to an earlier complaint. Investigation to continue.

Wednesday, Jan. 5

•2300 block of Ridge Road, car-deer accident. Statement taken from the driver; no injuries. Deer dispatched.

•400 block of Burt Circle, EMS/AED call. Patrol assisted Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co.

•500 block of Meadowbrook Drive, alarm response. State Police on location.

•400 block of Garden Lane, EMS response. Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer Fire Co. transported a male to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•I-190 southbound, attempt to locate. Patrol on an "Amber Alert" response reported negative results on an area check for a red Dodge Intrepid.

•5800 block of Walmore Road, stolen vehicle. Statement taken from a male; vehicle registration (unspecified) logged. Patrol reported the vehicle recovery by NCSO. Reported missing were a Western "Red" snowplow unit and a Sterling .22 cal. handgun. Report filed.

•Swann and Dickersonville roads, attempt to locate a reckless driver. Area checked with negative results.

•1900 block of Upper Mountain Road, larceny complaint. Statement taken from a 32-year-old female regarding a 25-year-old female. Report filed.

Thursday, Jan. 6

•5900 block of Garlow Road, juvenile problem. Patrol reported a 15-year-old male as out of control. Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. EMS on location.

•200 block of South First Street, intoxicated male passed out in a vehicle. Subject listed as 52-year-old male; Lewiston No. 1 EMS on location.

•Addresses on the 5100 and 5200 block of Country Club Trail, separate alarm responses. Both locations secure; no key holders at either site.

•200 block of Lake Road, AED response. Youngstown Volunteer Fire Co. EMS responded.

•700 block of Fairchild Place, larceny complaint. Statement taken from a 41-year-old female. Investigation to continue; report filed.

•3800 block of Creek Road, burglary in progress. Patrol assisted NCSO. One male apprehended following a search and in custody; NCSO processed the arrest. All secure at the address.

•4600 block of Model City Road, suspicious person. Patrol spoke with the male in question and reported no problems. Patrol cleared.

•1400 block of Saunders Settlement Road, hit-run accident. Statement taken from a 30-year-old female regarding an unknown black vehicle. Lewiston No. 2 Volunteer Fire Co. EMS on location to evaluate a juvenile involved.

•400 block of North Fourth Street, open door. Patrol checked the house; all secure.

•900 block of Ridge Road, hit/run accident. Patrol reported an unknown vehicle struck a mailbox and fled the area. Negative results on patrol's search.

•Lewiston Road, vehicle check/DWI arrest. Patrol reported the arrest of a 46-year-old female for driving while intoxicated. Blood alcohol content testing performed; BAC result, .22 of 1 percent. Driver arraigned; $250 bail assigned and driver remanded to the Niagara County Jail. Twelve-hour hold placed on the vehicle. Report filed.

Friday, Jan. 7

•3400 block of Randall Road in Wilson assist. Patrol on location with NCSO on a robbery call. Two males reportedly entered a house and tied up the victims. Suspects fled the area in a vehicle. Patrol and NCSO in pursuit.

•Hoover Road in the Town of Wheatfield, assist. Patrol on location with NCSO on a vehicle recovery and search of the suspects from the Randall Road robbery. State Police located the vehicle and reported the suspects fled on foot. Patrol assisted the other agencies in the manhunt.

•Upper Mountain Road, counterfeit currency complaint at a gas/convenience business. Statement taken from a 64-year-old female. Unspecified currency seized and property receipt issued.

•900 block of Center Street, hit-run accident. Statement taken from drivers of vehicles No. 1 and 2. Report filed.

•5900 block of Garlow Road, mental health response. Patrol spoke with a male regarding a male juvenile. NCSO on location; subject taken to Erie County Medical center in Buffalo.

•700 block of Hillview Court, mental health response. Patrol reports a 42-year-old male was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•1900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, burglary complaint. Statement taken from a 71-year-old female regarding an unknown suspect. Report filed.

•700 block of Center Street, larceny. Statement taken from a 25-year-old female regarding an unknown suspect. Report filed.

•1400 block of Pletcher Road, check-the-welfare. Handled by patrol; no problems.

Saturday, Jan. 8

•Saunders Settlement and Military roads, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the pullover-arrest of a 21-year-old male for third degree aggravated unlicensed operation.. Bail of $250 assigned. Valid driver in the vehicle; no further details. Report filed.

•Locations on Indian Hill Road and on the Upper Mountain Road overpass, separate one-vehicle accidents. Statements taken from the drivers; reports filed.

•Tuscarora Road and on Chew and Saunders Settlement roads, separate reports of vehicles in ditches. Calls addressed.

•400 block of Plain Street, trespass complaint. Patrol advised of male knocking on windows again. Subject gone on patrol's arrival. No report wished.

•600 block of Scovell Drive, check-the-welfare/warrant execution. Patrol responded and reports the arrest of a 32-year-old male on a public law violation and active vehicle/traffic warrant out of the Niagara Falls Police Department. Appearance tickets issued. Report filed.

•Creek and Balmer roads, car-deer accident. Statement taken from the driver; report filed.

Sunday, Jan. 9

•5000 block of Walmore Road, aggravated harassment follow-up. No further details.

•5400 block of Military Road, unattended death of a 52-year-old female. Report filed.

•Indian Hill Road, separate reports of vehicles in ditches.

•700 block of Mohawk Street, burglary. Statement taken from a 51-year-old female; no further details. Report filed.

•500 block of River Walk Drive, check-the-welfare/missing person. Patrol spoke with a 63-year-old female who stated her 62-year-old husband suffers from Parkinson's and walked off. Subject located on the 900 block of Center Street and returned to the residence. All OK. Report filed.
