Junior Hockey Championships on NHL Network

Time Warner Cable announced this week that the NHL Network will televise select games from the 2011 IBHF U20 World Junior Hockey Championships, which start this weekend in Buffalo. Included are all of Team USA's games and the medal round.

The NHL Network is available to Time Warner customers in standard definition on channel 171 or in high definition on channel 729.

The schedule of games on the NHL Network includes:

Sunday, Dec. 26, Russia vs. Canada at 4 p.m., and Finland vs. USA at 8 p.m.; Tuesday, Dec. 28, Canada vs. Czech Republic at 4 p.m., and USA vs. Slovakia at 8 p.m.; Wednesday, Dec. 29, Norway vs. Canada at 7:30 p.m.; Thursday, Dec. 30, Sweden vs. Czech Republic at 3 p.m., and Germany vs. USA at 7 p.m.; Friday, Dec. 31, Canada vs. Czech Republic at 4 p.m., and USA vs. Switzerland at 8 p.m.; Sunday, Jan. 2, 2011; quarterfinal No. 1 at 3:30 p.m., and quarterfinal No. 2 at 7:30 p.m.; Monday, Jan. 3, semifinal No. 1 at 3:30 p.m., and semifinal No. 2 at 7:30 p.m.; Wednesday, Jan. 5, bronze medal game at 3:30 p.m., and gold medal game at 7:30 p.m.
