Cardinal O'Hara readies annual fundraiser

On Friday, Nov. 12, Cardinal O'Hara High School will hold its 17th annual "Hawk-tion."

The gala features a live and silent auction and dinner, and serves as the school's primary fundraiser each year. This year's theme is "The Magic Continues." The magic and wizard-themed event will be held at the school at 39 O'Hara Road, in the Town of Tonawanda. The auction will include more than 500 items, including gift baskets, furniture, toys, sporting goods, household items, autographed memorabilia, gift certificates, airline tickets and vacation packages.

Tickets are $70. For additional information, call 695-2600, ext. 312.
