The Historic Riviera Theatre presents Steven Page for one performance only on Saturday, Nov. 6, at 8 p.m.

Page's distinctive voice is among the most instantly recognizable in Canadian music.  "Page One" marks his first solo release since leaving the highly successful band he co-founded, wrote and performed with for more than 20 years, Barenaked Ladies.

Kate Miller-Heidke will be the opening act.  A native of Brisbane, Australia, Kate made her solo professional operatic debut with Opera Queensland in Britten's The Turn of the Screw.  She played in several Brisbane bands before going solo in 2002.

Miller-Heidke was lead singer and songwriter with Brisbane band Elsewhere, formed in 2000, which released a self-titled EP of original songs before breaking up in 2001. In 2004, Miller-Heidke independently recorded and distributed her first EP, "Telegram," a collection of songs.  Her second album, "Curiouser," was released in Australia in 2008.

Ticket prices are $25 pre-sale and $30 day of show.
